Cons: Norwegian used an extremely old Wamos A320 aircraft instead of one of their own 787s. The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again.

Cons: The company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Cons: Carry-on rules with FlyUIA are ridiculous. I had to pay 150 EUR as my carry-on was 2 cm wider than their standards

Pros: Liked the blanket, the nice leather seats. I enjoyed the chicken actually and the breakfast roll.

Cons: This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency.

Cons: Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals.

Cons: Premium cabin service and amenities very poor. No snacks available with premium ticket. Also no socks or hygiene products typically available on other business class flights. Will not fly Norwegian again.

Cons: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all

Pros: The boarding was quick and easy. Comfortable seats and enough room for legs.

Cons: There were 5 screaming toddlers on board. The trip was gently saying unpleasant. There should be a section for families with kids to avoid the noise and craziness that other passengers must endure. Food was ok; the second choice was not available neither for lunch or dinner.

Pros: Overall price and comfort is ok. Seats pretty small. Crew don’t pay attention for kids that screaming a lot.

Pros: This was the strange not being able to buy crew just ignores you because you’re not part of the club bought a head of time. I had no idea

Cons: Should make it very clear that you have to order food ahead of time! I did not know this and had to go nine hours without food or water!!!!

Pros: This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again.

Cons: A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary.

Cons: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.

Pros: Very smooth flight with comfortable seats even for low fare customers

Cons: I got flagged for extra security, which lead to some extra confusing steps and extra stress. This was compounded by strange behaviors of the digital kiosk (probably related to the security screen), crowded airport, and language barriers.

Cons: The boarding process was ridiculously disorganized . People were not boarding according to their group numbers and there were many unnecessary delays / hold ups . My baggage was lost for over 4 days (it still hasn’t arrived on October 24. I landed on October 20). With little to no communication on it status or refund on all the baggage fees I was made to pay.While the crew was pleasant , price point attractive and plane modern, These factors are enough to deter me from choosing this airline in the future

Cons: We waited an hour to get to terminal, unacceptable! Def no frills but flight and comfort were good.

Pros: Great you provide ways to keep busy on the plane for long flights!

Cons: Something needs to be done about carry on baggage. On this flight alone, I counted 80+ people who had to pay for carry on luggage because it also included our backpacks. There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips.
