Pros: Newer plane.

Cons: The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it.

Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Cons: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Pros: Check in agent extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons: Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible.

Cons: No inflight entertainment like we were supposed to have. No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible.

Pros: Very smooth flight with comfortable seats even for low fare customers

Cons: I got flagged for extra security, which lead to some extra confusing steps and extra stress. This was compounded by strange behaviors of the digital kiosk (probably related to the security screen), crowded airport, and language barriers.

Pros: Entratieiment was good. Vibration on seats all the time. Nothing complimentary. Not even water.

Cons: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.

Cons: I couldn't take the airplane since they closed the gate earlier then plannee. I had to buy another ticket and I was stuck at the transit area of Moscow Airport for 24 hours.

Cons: We missed our connection because they did not have a jetway to a gate. By the time they bussed us from the tarmac to the terminal, many missed the plane, though it was still at the gate

Cons: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Cons: We’ve missed this flight due to a medical emergency. Called before the flight took off to advise on the situation and ask for help to rebook the same flight later once the health status is stable. Have been told that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to be partially partially refunded at least for the 2nd flight that had to be catched after over 30 hours, which is unacceptable.
