The staff were fantastic and the food was tasty. My check in experience was good too.

The on boarding process at the airport was confusing with no order set in place. So passengers were creating their own lines. Taking the bus to the plane as a bit cumbersome. Once in the plane, the flight attendants were tentative and friendly. Seats were comfortable and food was okay.

Old 777 on this route uncomfortable and in need of updating.

Service was great. Food was perfect. My mom needed a wheelchair and I was worried that I will miss the connecting flight. Emirates ground staff and wheelchair staff ensured we get to our gate on time.

Always enjoyed flying with Emirates, flown with others but they don't really measure up. The others are cheaper without a doubt, but not as good as Emirates

Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.

The crew manager let the staff down by not ensuring special dietary requirements meal were coming in drips . The poor cabin crew did not stop . If organised the cabin could take a short break ..The cabin crew were AWESOME UNLIKE THIER TWO MANAGES!

I enjoyed the live television programming for entertainment, and honestly everything was acceptable. It’s just that I choose emirates, because they have always been so much better in so many ways – food choices, service, accessibility, friendliness of the staff. None of those things were poor, but they have definitely slid from their position of excellence. One example would be that after the dinner meal was served, the flight attendants huddled in the back galley with the curtains closed (by the way, that’s where snacks and drinks are), and you have to interrupt them to go back there to either ask for something or to get a snack. While they do not respond in an unfriendly way, you are led to believe that you are interrupting them by coming to get a snack or making a request. Even something like, “ Yes, how many I help you?” would be a great improvement.
