Much better seats on Airbus 321. Food prices are very reasonable.
My flight BKK–SHJ–TBS was changed, and I was notified only by an email that went into my spam folder. I found out only 1 day before the flight when I checked in online. The new flight had a 15-hour layover in SHJ and arrived in TBS 1 day later than my original plan. I needed to adjust my plan urgently and lost the cost of one hotel night because the free cancellation period was over.

The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable
Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
Qatar Airways has gone down over the last few years.
Paid $10 for wifi for full flight duration and the wifi wasn’t available after initial 2 hours
I’ve flown with Qatar multiple times and the service has always been great. Very professional, organized, the food is delicious and plentiful, tons of entertainment.
Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.
Was downgraded from business to economy due to a faulty seat in business class. However when I boarded the plane there were no less than 5 free business class seats. Will never fly Qatar Airways again
Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.
I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?
Each and every requirement was nicely provided by all staff no very be happy

Very old and ill maintained flights. Seats didn’t have proper cushioning. The entertainment system was a joke. That’s the least one can expect from a 19 hour long flight.
Boarding at Mumbai airport was terrible, the staff had no idea how to handle it. It was chaos - and led to a delay
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing cards and overall done with Air India

Seats and trays broken , poor food quality and Survice, crews had attitudes not friendly, my son in business class seat got stuck few times they have to reset, whole flight tvs not functioning not working at all no entertainment, don’t know how they got clearance to fly this broken flight ?
Overall experience was good. The movie collection was very limited. That was the only point to improve for me.
worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
The aircraft was newer 777 model and had comfortable seats and plenty of leg room even for basic economic ticket. Air India is upgrading their fleet and I was fortunate to fly on one of the newer aircraft this time. The direct flight is definitely convenient if you do not mind sitting in the aircraft for 15+ hours
The aircraft was upholstered recently and looked new. Food was good, but variety could have been better. The entertainment monitor was not working for my seat and I couldn’t watch anything. Crew could have collected trash more often. They were reluctant to collect trash.
