Kayak has gone seriously downhill. If you are going to redirect people to a site then ensure they are reputable and not untrustworthy scammers. Am never using kayak again after this experience. And update your algorithm or whatever so you don’t send out auto emails checking on flight experience of cancelled flights due a literal WAR!! also I have complained about underpricer and nothing from kayak. So disappointing

Difficult to find some food option for gluten and dairy allergy. May be a fruit salad would be better

The quality of food is going down comparing with old history of excellent food. It was cold and a bad quality. The crew is always excellent and caring.

It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.

Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!

The flight was delayed and the service was not good. All the new serve was beef and we don’t eat beef so we ended up buying our own meals at the airport twice.

It went well except at delhi airport they told me that my flight is canceled and only after talking to manager they were able to find seats for me and my wife

Offboarding in Dubai was a bit confusing. The bus dropped us off, we passed the security, and then we were again in departure, no clue, no guidance on where to get our luggage
