AED 2,626 Find Cheap Flights from Dubai to Santiago

Flight was 3h50 and was only provided with a packet of oat cookies and offered a cold drink. Thankfully i'd had breakfast but for a morning flight of that length some sort of breakfast should be included. There were 2 toilets for economy but due to turbulence we couldn't use them until the last 1hr which meant the queue was then huge. Would've been nice to open up the business one for those closest to the front to use.

Adequate to good experience. Comfort was mediocre but everything else was good..

Poor all around experience. Sat at gate in Grand Rapids to Chicago for 2.5 hours. No food or water offered and no allowances to use restroom. Missed connecting flight to London and not offered any compensation including food or lodging. Not happy with AA, claims delay was weather related but no weather issues seen on radar. Take ownership for real reason behind delay which was actually the IT outage. Very disappointing and will not be recommending AA for domestic or international flights if this is the way that customers are treated.

Great crew and food and beverage. Seating tight but not the airline's fault. Will definitely fly BA in future!

Flight cancelled, lost luggage, crappy meal voucher. Nothing was good. Still dont have my luggage.

we had to walk up stairs to get into the plane--no jetways. Perhaps that's a problem not with the airline but with facilities at Heathrow, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. But it was inconvenient.

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

The crew’s professionalism was top notch and the food and drinks available were excellent. I only ask that we get the refurbished 777’s on the London to Bermuda route that I had for the London to Singapore leg. The updated infotainment system is much better than the older version

They’ve lost my bag and I have no way of really getting in touch with anyone and have received no updates.
