It was a great experience had been wanting to fly emirates to Dubai for long time. Thank you to all the staff.
Older plane that was not as comfortable as newer ones. Video system had problems starting up. Younger, apparently less experienced cabin crew.
everything was great , perhaps lower pricing and more miles incentive and prolong expiration of miles
On the way there the food was not a good Standerd and fly Dubai is very cramped and again the food was not a good Standerd but on the way back food was excellent and staff were very helpful specially a lady which I took time to take her name Maria and another staff which was South African very very polite and helpful i am very sorry that I got her name

Boarding is messy, business class no priority line Delay is departure.. hot in cabin
Wonderful Premium Economy experience. Felt as good as Business Class for food and entertainment. Comfortable sleeping too
Can’t complain Only downside was the Kiosk passport check and customs clearance at Melbourne. When will they improve that service🤔

Premium economy on Emirate A380 is simply the best non-business class product. In fact its probably better than many business class if the seat isnt lying flat. The food and service is close to perfect!
transit accommodation. if you dont travel with partner , it would seem fairer to only charge half the room cost to make up the difference.
The barcode on the boarding pass could be made for everyone not just the wechat user.
The airport didn‘t give me the ticket. I called customer service to ask for a refund but they kept giving me a perfunctory response and refused to refund me.
The flight was delayed hours and most flights from CS are always delayed. Plane was efficient and got us home but not the best food and no entertainment system at all.
Crew: Everybody was polite. People just need to get efficient and less reworking things. Entertainment: Could have move movies and games. The “music” section is a joke, only ONE available. Food: The food provided on the flights boarding in china needs a serious reworking. Too much oil, bad for your stomach, tastes too artificial and the eggs were a giant mass of green dough.
We were diverted to Chengdu, because of bad weather and finally made it to Chong King about 7 hours later
I love flying Chinese airlines in general but China Southern is probably the worst of the lot. The service is poor and food is below par.
Had some luggage loading delays but it was still a good experience
No red vine, no whiskey, no vodka. No that I wanted all of them at once but still...
Traveling with the Chinese airlines , their service superior to the US Airlines , they are much more friendly and the seats are comfortable , In the past I flew with United , now ,United Airline will become history for me .
