Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane

The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.

More leg room or a bed hahaha but in all was one of the best flys I been on

‏One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.

Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

When you buy emirates you don’t expect low cost. Boarding by bus. Seat will not incline. Line before emergency exit. Eating tray hits belly (and I didn’t grow lately). Entertainment on demand by payment.

Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.

Was downgraded from business to economy due to a faulty seat in business class. However when I boarded the plane there were no less than 5 free business class seats. Will never fly Qatar Airways again

Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?

My carry on bag was taken by Alaska Air as we boarded in LAX! She said there was not room. There was plenty of room. I told her that my meds and personal items were in it. She did not care. She said it would be sent to my final destination, Nairobi. Well it got to Nairobi the day I was to fly home. The handle of my bag was crushed so could not retract. So I had to remove it. I had to buy converters, malaria medication. personal items. I filled out the missing form at the Nairobi airport. I asked that it be shipped to the Kisumu airport. When it was obviously not going to make it for my time in Kenya. I asked that it be sent to John Wayne Airport. NONE of that happened. I only knew it was at Nairobi because my air tag indicated it was finally in Nairobi the day I was leaving Kenya! Now I need to purchase a new carry on bag!!!

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

From Montreal to Doha , we habe two complaints : 1) They want to charge for Seat Selection, claiming that the Class of ticket bought on Kayak did not cover seat selection. It such a penny pinching rule, I told them, since we paid almost $20,000 our 3 tickets , that rule should never exist. Also I reserved my tickets so many months ahead, I expected they will naturally put the family together or move somebody else to keep our family seating together. I filed a complaint, and NOBODY ANSWERED. 2) In Montreal, Qatar has an arrangement with the National Bank Lounge. It was so overcrowded and the Lounge is so bad in terms of service and food, amenities etc... The WORST lounge . Why Qatar not have another arrangement their Business Class clients in Montreal. The Air France KLM Lounger is better, the Air Canada Lounge is better. Qatar should send somebody to take a look ! Joseph Chung

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.

There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Good for me, bad for you. I had the whole row to myself because no one wanted to pay extra. The flight crew were very professional and tended to everyone’s needs. Definitely flying again.

We were forced to check in our carryon and were given a green label that said to pick it up when exiting the airplane. We were told by the flight attendant to pick it up at the carrousel instead. We spent more than 40 minutes looking for the carryon which appeared at the wrong carrousel. There was no agent at the united desk for help. There was no entertainment.

The flight attendant, Kearin, was delightful. He was funny, friendly, and helpful. The only problem with the flight was that a door from the above baggage compartment fell off during boarding which slightly delayed takeoff.

I love Air Canada and I always fly with them specifically to Morocco casa Blanca and Montreal, Toronto and all my family and friends and I love Canadian people, they treated me well . .air Canada become my priority . They checked in even my carry on , so I don’t have to hold it with me and go straight to my destination. Go Air Canada .

I didn't use the entertainment feature. I can't fault that. That was my choice. I could have opted for a bigger seat. Again, my choice. The crew was excellent on all of my flights. I don't really fault the food choices. (I'm one that's grateful to eat). All of the flights left on time or arrived early or on time. Grateful for the assistance that I received when checking my bag at Heathrow. (It was early...hard to think)! I hadn't flown in 17 years. I would consider choosing Air Canada again in the future.

Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment

it was good but would be better if there were more clear directions as to how to clear or circumvent customs in Montreal.

5-hour trip with just water and one cookie is not great: fruits and cheese,, salads, protein smoothie... It could be small but nourrishing No screen and no outlet to connect our electronic devices. If there were ,It would have been nice to be informed. Every instruction given in french by the agent on the plane was pronounced so quickly that despite french is my 1st language, I could not understand the instructions. Too fast, no intonation, no space between words. Most of the time, the english versions (my 2nd language) were fast but with breathing between words, good intonation and the information was much easier to understand.

Flight was over an hour late departing and when we got to Montreal there was no gate and so we had to wait on the tarmac for over an hour!!!!!

Check in was confusing with the kiosk at the airport. Just too vague and not enough explanation of what to do.

The least comfortable business class seat I have encountered for a while - very very firm when reclined making sleeping difficult. Cost cutting is visible everywhere - no offer to refill drinks (the wines were not good - so no real issue there :) ) Just not worth what BA charge

The front toilet was out of order - which resulted in a late departure from Gatwick and therefore arrival in Cagliari for the return leg - this was then compounded by ATC issues which resulted in our flight back arriving 2 hours 40 mins late. Frustratingly this was the same problem that had resulted in our outbound flight with BA being late the week before - and then the other two toilets went out of action at 30,000ft - also resulting an i delayed arrival.

Berlin airport one of the most inefficient we have ever encountered. We are in our 70’s and we were on our feet 1.5 hours and traveled 4800 steps )2 miles) just to get to our remote gate and security detours.thank god we were there 3 hours before our flight

My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination

Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly

The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.

What a great flight that was. Leaving from the small London City Airport, which was easy and convenient to get to on public transport, The flight was slightly delayed, but no big deal. The crew was attentive and served the light sandwich meal, a snack and a soft drink with a smile. The seats were ok, but the same like other budget airlines. The onboard luggage allowance was good and way better and hassle free compared with budget airlines. Well done B.A. and keep the good work up 👍👏

Worse experience with an airline in general. They failed in providing boarding passes at the beginning of my flight, requiring a trip to our local airport to correct. Most flights were delayed & one plane had to be replaced due to mechanical problems. Then they forced me to check a carryon bag that I couldn’t pick up in time due to a delayed flight. I had to choose between catching my flight or picking up a bag. And then trying to make a baggage claim online was impossible! A comedy of errors, but it was anything but funny. I would rather take a cruise liner than fly on British Airways again!
