I like soft landing with Oman air both ways,food could have been better it was very poor
You guys need to check with your sub contractors. I had a confirmation email from airfare I don’t know then when I reach at the airport the check in offer did not see the ticket in the system. I had to issue another ticket at double the normal rate because I had to travel on the same day.
The seat was uncomfortable for me, less leg space and a tight space.
Very good - could have been more proactive asking for drinks as only got one all flight offered.
If you fly more often with Oman on the same route, you will realize the offered food is always the same. Quality of food is good, however, it is getting boring to know there is a soup or salad with goat cheese as starten and maincourse there is lamb, fish or vegetarian pasta. Pasta is always nice.
Man to Muscat the staff were poor. Missed bringing drinks to me & ran out of Beer. I didn't get a drink. Muscat to BKK staff excellent, food ok, and I was offered a drink.
Oman Air is on the relation Muscat-Salalah without any serious competition and that's to feel same as the metall bars of your seat in your backside after this flight. Don't expect anything other than being brought from A to B and you won't be disappointed
We missed our connection due to technical issues with the plane. We were stuck in Oman Airport for 5 hours, had to overnight there, got rerouted to London, were denied boarding on the plane, were then seated separately (as a family of 5), did not receive any notification of our luggage being in London, were denied boarding for the AA flight to Chicago, and then all seated separately again. Finally our luggage was lost. Worst experience ever. Will never fly on this airline again
The crew could have offered us seats together as the flight was half empty. But overall, the service quality was good as well as the food and entertainment options. Would love to fly Oman Air again.
Staff were attentive and professional, and managed to be personable and accomodating at the same time. Oman Air has become my airline of choice.

As always Emirates is always dependent on the crew you get on the day and today was a good one. Everyone knew what they were doing and gracefully without hesitation . Great conversation all round even about the food and wine.

Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.
Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.
I have paid extra money for my special meal service but I received the the local food. Which is not acceptable.

Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
I like it very much. Gulf Air is always the topper rank of the world. I love it very much.

all good. crew wasnt attentive to the announcements they were making about the flight. made several mistakes at several tines while announcing destination, arrival time. first officer made this mistake too.

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Food was not available in the middle of the trip that is 13 hours
Everything was good and no points to complain. Food is always a tricky concept. Sometimes you like it and sometimes you don’t. Food was redundant from Kuwait City to NY-JFK.

Seats were comfortable. Be aware there is no alcohol on this airline.
Every thing was very food except the meal. It was a sandwich of something like a beef kebab. It was really bad in terms of hardness as well as taste. We were a family of 7 persons non of us could eat it his sandwich. Cake was good.

Crew was polite. Ground crew was prompt in informing about the flight delay. Boarding process was ok. There was no entertainment on the flight. Blankets were not available for an overnight flight. It was very cold & blanket was given upon request. Food was average. It would have been better to serve breakfast instead of a late night dinner as people like to sleep & serving breakfast before disembarking in the morning at Singapore would have been much appreciated. Seats were ok. Plane was old.

The aircraft interiors are falling apart. Felt like a waste paying for business class as it was indistinguishable from economy in any way.
Bags got damaged for multiple passengers, and they wouldn't even reimburse the depreciated price of the bag.
One of my worst experiences. Nothing was working in the flight. Entertainment system was broken, seat was very uncomfortable, crew did not offer water until food was provided, lights were not working, attendant call was not working. In short everything was broken and duct taped.

It was less packed. Food was good.Ac was controlled and neatness ok.
The flight was on time and boarding was fine. The entertainment system didn't work for the row I was in. The part that I really disliked is that the air hostesses WILL wake you up (I had an eye mask and neck pillow) for ALL of the food services, even if they're bringing water/snacks. I would rather be left alone after the initial and final food services but this didn't deter them.
