Pros: "Good Service.Efficient"
Cons: "No Phone charging facilities on back of the seat unlike other Qatar aircraft."
Pros: "Good service/Crew food quality and choice good."
Cons: "Need more choice of British TV Programmes rather than American"
Pros: "Gave food vouchers due to extended layover. Marché food quality is average at best."
Cons: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."
Pros: "Plane was clean and modern. Staff was very courteous. An overall pleasant flight."
Pros: "All around great airline. Comfortable for super long flights and completely accommodating."
Pros: "Although we flew economy, we received excellent service from an attendant from the Philippines."
Cons: "We have no complaints."
Pros: "Wonderful Experience with Qatar airways, as always."
Cons: "Leg room is tight, as it's with other economy airlines. Aside from that, there is really nothing to complain about."
Pros: "In-flight entertainment is excellent. Some of the grew also excellent. Had excellent seat 68d. Lots of leg room. Aircraft looked brand new."
Cons: "6 hour delay with no explanation. No apology. Stuck in transit with nothing to do. Not impressed at all. Boarding also delayed. Food on this flight was very poor."
Pros: "Nothing, no one was helpful at all."
Cons: "I arrived to the airport 2 hours prior to my departure to find out that my booking was cancelled. I never received a notification or nothing. I purchased a multi-trip and failed to used the ticket I purchased because I had to leave Qatar early since the person I was staying with was disorganized and flew out the country. I then purchased a different ticket with another airline because it was cheaper. Since I did that, they cancelled my whole trip. HOW? And I payed for a service I clearly didn't receive. As a result, stranded, I had to pay an additional $1,125 for a one way ticket home - more than my original round trip multi flight purchase."
Pros: "Qatar airlines was awesome! Comfy seat, great headrest, lots of entertainment options and decent food all on a very short flight. Would definitely fly this airline again!"
Pros: "Good seats"
Cons: "Took 2 hours from take off until i had a crew member ask what i wanted to eat/drink"
Pros: "Excellent crew. Got on just in time. Last one on the flight but they were very understanding. Loved the airbus A380."
Cons: "It was great but food could have been better. Process to get onto the flight at DXB was much longer and complicated than it needed to be. Huge airport and big distance between connecting flights."
Pros: "The crew was amazing and their service was very attentive to customers."
Cons: "Not having crying infants onboard"
Pros: "I’m glad the connection time was short and reached the destination in good time."
Pros: "I had 4 sectors except the first one 3 of them was with unfriendly cabin crew not smiling at all not responding the calls."
Pros: "Love the A380 - the sheer size of it allowed for more personal space. Consequently, it was a much more comfortable flight."
Pros: "Professionalism of flight and ground crew. Movie & entertainment selection. Overall cleanliness of aircraft. Better comfort due to wider seating."
Cons: "The fact that this was the shortest flight of my trip - Wish my journey started this way."
Pros: "Didn’t get this flight as we were so delayed."
Pros: "After our trip from Cape Town to Dubai with Emirates which was not that great we where pleasantly surprised when we where bumped up to business class from Dubai to Bangkok. We did not expect this. Although we did not take advantage of all the extras business class has to offer we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was superb. The cabin crew was excellent all the time. Thank you Emirates."
Pros: "Service from staff"
Cons: "Disembarking for passengers needing wheelchair was prolonged and cumbersome; As a result,my one suitcase was lost by another passenger picking up my bag and I ended up spending 3 extra hours at the airport completing formalities!"

The flight was a transit and I had my boarding pass from the departure. I have talked to the check in person to set me up close to my family seats and ended up with my wife in one seat, 3 years old son in different seat and myself on different seat. very disappointing and overwhelming.

all good. crew wasnt attentive to the announcements they were making about the flight. made several mistakes at several tines while announcing destination, arrival time. first officer made this mistake too.

New aircraft, new and modern. Crew could be a little more smiling.

Cons: "The food needs to improve and the movies are old. The actual flight was nice."
Pros: "Crew was good"
Cons: "Everything worked well, the boarding, on time flight, flight was smooth and landed 15 mins before time."
Pros: "Hey dear I don’t come by flight I got issue and I used car trip to Riyadh in 18/4/2019"
Cons: "They canceled the flight that I booked from muscat to Manama at 1245 and booked to me at 745 am flight, and they keep me waiting for six hours to catch my flight from Manama to Riyadh, They did not offer me a hotel to stay during the waiting period."
Pros: "Food about average."
Cons: "First plane was late boarding and flying. No time made up, so second flight was also late. We lost our hotel reservation because they heard flight was late."
Pros: "airplane."
Cons: "flt from Bah operated by Gulfair, so checked in with them. They were able to checkin bags to Manchester but not able to issue boarding card. length of flight when alternative is a direct flight from bah to lhr. Sinbad ffp website not easy. for a new aircraft the ife selection was very poor."
Pros: "Service. Crew - the on board "chef" was particularly attentive."
Cons: "IFE very limited. Take a good book - or two. Old A330, but well maintained."

The whole trip was well organised, and pleasantly executed. As with most Qatar Airways flights the staff were particularly attentive and supportive. The Q Suite was the "icing on the cake".

Cons: "Air craft very small was full with passengers ac was not good before takeoff. No baggage arrived to lahore i am really depressed due to baggage .please help to find baggae"
Pros: "The entertainment kept the kids happy"
Cons: "The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all. The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive The drinks- poor selection, warm"
Pros: "New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service."
Cons: "Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding."
Pros: "Movies in the entertainment screen."
Cons: "At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again."
Pros: "in flight entertainment was really good"
Cons: "checkin luggage was terrible with more than half an hour wait although web checkin was already made"
Pros: "Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up."
Cons: "The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates."
Pros: "New Muscat terminal is lovely. service very attentive and food v. Nice."
Pros: "Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep."
Cons: "I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly."
Cons: "the QTY of food not enough. Chiken and fish dise was left too fast."

The crew was attentive and kind. The business class cabin wasn’t very full during the flight so the service was catered to your specific needs.

Pros: "The crew were really nice and kind and the comfort with the seat was also very good but if your aisle is not window it's really not easy for sleep"
Cons: "The entertainment with movies and shows were outdated except a few. If only they had more options it would've been a great experience"
Pros: "Crew polite"
Cons: "Blankets rationed, crew guessed at food, announcements in any of many languages, blankets shortage. I could go on."
Pros: "Crew was nice and helpful. Plane was well taken care of, and food was a pleasent surprise."
Cons: "We were delayed over an hour and a half waiting on passengers and baggage"
Pros: "The connection"
Cons: "1-the response towards my damage laggiage which happen During trip. 2- The food was not good. 3- in spite asking a gift for my child staff denied and said this is stopped. At the same time they said if I had booked meal for my child in advance I would have got a child gift . This sounds incorrect. 4- my bag was damaged and I found that only when I reached home after a long trip. Immediately I called Kuwait air ways numbers in india . No answers to my calls , then when finally got some one they gave me another number and kept on calling till some one answerd and simple reply was was Can’t accept your claim . You should have logged the claim at th airport when you arrived not after leaving the airport. I told them that I can on a long flight and I didn’t see that in the airport . My bags were handed by porter and as soon as I saw the bag on arrival home I stared calling. The answer was no you should have made your claim at airport . We can’t take your claim. I tried to explain the face to them but they were not ready to understand."
Pros: "I will give a second thought to travel again in such flight"
Cons: "There is no place of display of international time, transfer flights assistance is poor and rude behavior of attending staff"
Pros: "Alright, experience, nothing fancy. A typical economy class experience."
Cons: "Given non-vegetarian food, instead of selecting Hindu vegetarian food as the option 2 months prior flight."
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Crew attitude!!, airport delay: worst, staff at Kuwait airport: worst, stay at shannon: waste of time."
Pros: "Survive is good"
Cons: "Delay of 2 hours in the initial flight from jfk to islamabad"
Pros: "Served a meal instead of just peanuts. Great entertainment that you can start to watch as soon as you get in your seat."
Cons: "Boarding was a bit behind and they did not post or announce a delay. Passport control at the Airport was way too long and baggage claim never showed where my bag was supposed to drop. I found it eventually. An exit row did not seem to give you any more space like on US carriers."
