This is how a flight sould be lots of leg room the seat went back ,the flight was from Heathrow unlike other airlines that fly from the worst airport I have ever been to that's Luton

Very full flight but all went efficiently and smoothly. Staff excellent as usual.

Service is not good

The food served was nice.

The KLM staff that were assigned to this flight were incompetent. After telling them I was flying with Etihad and I had a 30kg limit the told me to unpack my bag to reduce them to 23kg. I did this 3 times, and then at final weighing they figured out I was right and that I could board with 30kg. Morons!

The flight was very comfortable. The seats were very roomy. Boarding process was seamless. Staff were friendly and helpful

I had asked for a vegetarian meal when I booked the tickets - this request didn't come through on my booking. I asked again at check-in, they informed me I should have called 24 hours before and organised it. Luckily the flight had vegetarian meal options onboard so I did not starve. The movie selection was not the best. The entertainment unit itself was really good however.

Had a middle seat and didn't have the option to pick another seat without paying over 250 USD

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Choice of films. I've seen a lot of them and the rest were awful Why do flights always serve chocolate biscuits, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake? Strawberries,carrots and humous, grapes, olives, would make a nice alternative for example. Hot food boring, tasteless

I have nothing more to say about British Airways, What I have to say about British Airways is Excellent.In terms of customs services they are number one in the whole world.

The worst waiting for a boarding pass I ever seen.2 priority lines and a bag drop line and a check in line.both for ba 1 for city airport and the other for Gatwick at the same time.choas.

flights were re-scheduled and therefore had to travel a day early causing overnight expenses in NY. Re-scheduled flight was also delayed by an hour!

There was no food offered. The stewardess was not happy to be at work.

Delay weather, not their fault

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

Change in the inflight entertainment to more current programs and movies . Very poor limited choice . The toilet became out of use in the last hour of the flight . Very poor .

The trip was very comfortable . The boing 787 was a new plane and economy had a very good leg space The 3 3 3 seating is excellent

Volume on in flight announcements is always in excess of 90 decibles this is a health hazard. Priority boarding was non existent at Alicante. I think I will be using easy jet if this continues.

15 minutes late. No big deal though

This flight was operated by British Airways, on board a Boeing 777. Dinner was offered pre-flight in the Club lounge and was delicious, with obliging service by the dining room team. Once inflight, service was quick, efficient and nice ... with plenty of champagne refills and more food for those who wanted it. Landed 15 minutes early after a refreshing 4 hours sleep.

Seats, video and overall comfort are all very nice on the new 900's.

When I buy a ticket through etihad website, I expect etihad service, even if it was operated by other airline. Air Serbia managed to loose my luggage on a direct flight between AD and Belgrade, and the plane was very old, without entertainment.

Friendly staff

The plane was old and the standard was not business class. They ran out of many of the dishes and the food was very poor. The plane was understaffed resulting in poor service. I declined to join the air miles scheme as I shall not be travelling with them again.

Crew friendly and attentive.

Leg room worse than Economy.

Liked the efficient way a very drunk man was dealt with- he was however obviously very drunk (coud hardly stand) and gained access to his seat before a fellow passenger drew attention to his condition with the cabin staff. He was not allowed to travel.
