From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great.
The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good.
Professional, welcoming and very friendly crew, well-maintained aircraft, comfortable seat and good food. Keep up the good work, KLM.

Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.
was very quick
food was not up to standard. i pre ordered but they said they did not have. Also passengers do not have to freeze all the flight time. i told them 10 times to reduce the blower and increse the temp. People were getting jackets to cover them as it was very cold. NO NEED FOR SUCH LOW TEMP FO SO LONG TIME very discomforting
Food service needs to be faster due to length of flight.
Crew was helpful mostly. They at least tried to be helpful but we always had to ask for water even though it was a 12hour flight
Bad food, no proper boarding process at Abu Dhabi and rarely bring water.

Check in at JFK took ages as the ground staff just didn’t bother about balancing queues versus available agents. One quueue moves fast and the other got stick . Some of the agents were novices After boarding some passengers couldn’t find place for their carry on a. They were rudley informed that they are carrying large carry ones and were threatened with deboatdong if they weren’t fast in finding alternate places for their bags
