Pros: Wonderful hotel, great rooms, lovely staff and a perfect location.
Cons: That I had to leave so soon.
Pros: The room was large and beautifully appointed. All amenities were available. The beds were very comfortable and temperature control was easy.
Cons: Bathrooms are small and plumbing is worn but nice looking and fits the room. The biggest problem I had was two mornings( plus a third I didn't tell staff about) when I couldn't get hot water to the shower. In one case it was a boiler problem and the other two I don't know but possibly regulator plumbing at the shower itself. The staff are exceptional and offered a room upgrade but only on the last evening of my staff so I stayed where I was.
I would try this place again because of the kindness and the responsiveness of staff and if going to the theatre.
Cons: The hotel was remodel the front and the noise was horrible. Room so small. Queen bed not King.
Pros: Very quiet and cozy, with only about 8 rooms per floor. Rooms are small, but nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Everything was obviously prepared fresh. Staff are courteous and friendly.
Cons: The front entrance was under construction. Not much of a view from our room, just the parking lot.
Pros: The room was clean and staff were very nice.
Cons: The walls were paper thin and the door to the room was not closed tight enough to not shake and bang anytime another door was opened or closed on our floor. It kept my girlfriend and I up all night long, I finally called the front desk around 3 am and was told all they could do was extend my checkout by an hour... The free breakfast in the morning was alright but I was too tired to actually enjoy any of it. Room 501 was the loudest room I've ever slept in.
Pros: Service, food and ambience.
Pros: The staff greeted us warmly and even provided champagne upon our arrival. When we made it to the room it was beautiful with a great view of downtown and all the amenities we could have wanted. Even the water fixtures were stunning. It was a truly fantastic stay and I couldn't recommend it higher.
Pros: This was a wonderful hotel- beautifully restored and renovated. My room was spacious and comfortable. I had read a previous review from a guest who had been disappointed by the size of the bathroom, but I did not experience this problem at all. Every aspect of my room met or exceeded my expectations and the value was exceptional.
Cons: I can't think of any part of my stay that disappointed me. Honestly.

Pros: Concierge level was brilliant. Excellent health club with flexible child care options. pleasant location.
Cons: Shame about other guests with attitude. A couple of snooty types can ruin the impression of everyone.
Pros: The staff was exceptional. The grounds were amazing. We did one of the free fitness classes which was really good. Look forward to coming back!
Pros: The grounds are immaculate; the staff is attentive; and rooms are luxe; the location is prime. This hotel feels like an oasis in the city. I would recommend for business travelers and pleasure vacationers alike.
Pros: Service at this hotel is wonderful From the time you step out of the car till the time you leave, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Always polite and curteous The trails are wonderful for walking or running and the pools are warm and inviting. The health club/exercise area is kept clean and the staff is there to assist you in any way necessary.
Pros: Excellent Spa, 3 pools, walking/jogging track thru lush green grounds. First class accommodations!
Cons: Unfortunately we booked a King room, but only a 2 Queen room was available.
Pros: Second stay here with my wife. Very Luxurious. We sleep/eat/workout here in style.
Cons: Concierge didn't call a cab when he said he would. Was pretty annoyed about that.
Pros: My bride and I stayed her our wedding night. The staff was fantastic! Plus they had a bottle of chilled sparkling wine in the room waiting for us! It was a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable!
Cons: The AC wasn't working properly. We had to call to have an "engineer" come to fix it. They were very nice but we were not looking forward to our wedding night to have someone come fix the AC in our room...kinda puts a damper on our evening.

Pros: Room was very nice. Huge tub. Service was excellent all the way around.
Cons: Towels were a little rough. $40 for 1 night of parking is steep. $30 for two mojitos is also steep.
Pros: Rooms were well appointed and thoughtful. Staff was attentive and professional. Beautiful hotel.
Cons: Located near light rail and could be heard all day and night.
Pros: Extremely friendly staff.
Cons: All the pictures showed a large tub in the bathroom. This was really important to us in booking our room, however, there was only a shower upon arrival. We felt duped.
Pros: I liked the short walk to Minute Maid Park and to Vic & Anthony's restaurant. I like the ability to check-in early. I liked the pre-reg email asking for early check-in preferences.
Cons: I did not like the cramped quarters at the entrance. Due to the train, the narrow lanes for auto & valet made for a cluster. There were no bell carts available and the bell men seemed too busy. I did not like the small size of the sleeping room. Very cramped quarters.
Pros: We really enjoyed the room and the location. It was 2 adults and a 5 yr old. We were there to catch an Astros game and to visit NASA which was only a 30 minute drive away. Minute Maid was within walking distance. Concierge said we could use the complimentary shuttle but we walked to ballpark instead. Hotel was also next to the northbound and southbound light rail so we hopped on that to the museum district. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't use the valet for $36, we found street parking around the corner.
Cons: Got locked out of room at noon even though we had a late check out scheduled. Was no big deal though. They had a bus boy sent up to give us new room keys and they apologized.
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The area at night seems a little unsafe.

Pros: The staff very efficient and attentive without being intrusive. If you are staying in downtown Houston, this is the spot. The rooms and facility are well maintained.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful
Pros: The location and proximity to MDAnderson Cancer Hospital was ok, less than 15 minutes to drive there. The decor, though older, was nice too. There was a full size gingerbread house in the lobby, all edible, which we thought was really cool too.
Cons: Reading online that this hotel had a remodel in 2011, I wasn't expecting it to be perfect and pristine, but it was even less than I expected. The carpets coming off the elevator to our floor were stained and looked dirty. Entering the room, everything looked ok, but there was a definite smell to the room. Not overpowering, but not good either. Kind of musty/humid/moldy smelling. The tv was on a dresser not facing the bed, or any of the chairs in the room, so I'm not sure how one is supposed to view it. We were there for one night before our appointment at the MDAnderson Cancer Center, and though we will be making many trips there over the next few years, I'm not sure we will stay at this hotel again. For the price ($156 after taxes), I was expecting better.
Pros: Gorgeous inside and out. Staff was professional and courteous . Hilton Americas is the best of the best.
Cons: Short stay.
Pros: Very close to downtown Houston. Walking distance to sporting arenas. Free shuttles when needed.
Cons: You have to pay for parking.
Pros: The room was large and very clean. The view was great! We could see the fireworks at the stadium one night even!
Cons: It's a bit pricey, but was worth it
Pros: The location is great for me as I was here to see a concert at the House of Blues. This is a great location for the convention center. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was close to a homeless shelter and walking around at night didn't feel safe
Pros: Our driver, Modesto, was AMAZING! Actually all of the staff was very welcoming and awesome :)
Pros: My room was clean everyday
Pros: It really was the perfect venue for our excursion. Papasito's was amazing. The breakfast at 1600 was amazing. And I can't say enough about the skyline view from the pool deck and outside terrace.
Cons: I was really surprised that there were no fans in the bathroom.
Pros: Staff is excellent. Very friendly and quick to help with any and everything. This is the second time we've stayed here and the experience was excellent both times.
Cons: Can't think of anything we did not like.

Pros: Excellent service, valet was amazing, room was a very nice size with large walk in tiled shower and plenty of freebies for guests.
Pros: Nothing because I cancelled my booking
Cons: Parking cost additional 35 dollar. It's a madness.
Pros: Great location. Comfortable amenities. Friendly staff.
Cons: Housekeeping was loud at times and non-responsive to my need for in-room creamer for complimentary coffee.
Cons: No explanation that there is mandatory valet parking. Cost an additional $32 to park my car overnight.
Pros: Staff and facilities
Cons: Made a mistake on date and the hotel hid behind the Expedia foul up. No common sense.
Pros: Great stay, friendly staff, great buffet, amazing mattresses.
Would come again and again.
Pros: I like the hotel it's nice to stay if you come from long trip
Cons: I do t like the ppl who parking the car cause I come at 4am and I was tired I give them my car to parket and next day when I was in. My car they took my headphones from my I phone7 it's not trust for give them you car
Pros: Valet Parking was extremely efficient. Earlier reviews had panned the valet parking, but they apparently have a new team and use a message based system that was superb. Seemed also to have very smart people actually running the cars. Best I've ever seen at a hotel.
Cons: No electrical outlets on the side of the room with the table and chairs. Also, wasn't wild about their lighting system in the bathroom, etc.
Pros: This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It was much nicer than I was expecting - felt like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. I also loved the Urban Star Market - great selection of food and drink items, and convenient hours. The location was perfect too, as I had easy access to the various parts of the city I needed to get to during my stay. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in Houston, and will recommend it to family and friends.
Cons: Parking is valet only, but service was fast so it wasn't an inconvenience at all.

Guest rooms feature a 55" LED flatscreen television, Starbucks Coffee, miniature refrigerator, Bluetooth, HDMI, Audio and USB ready for all your technology needs.
Pros: The overall look and feel of the Hotel .... You feel like a rock star tycoon during your stay.
Cons: The attitude, mentality and character of the Concierge.
Pros: We booked the fantastico suite for $245 and when we arrive and mentioned it was for a birthday the receptionist hooked us up with the Black Label suite that was simply unbelievable. The room must be over $1000 per night. One of the magnificent seven suites. Will certainly stay again! Thanks Zaza fam.
Pros: The service was spectacular and well above expectations!
Cons: I loved everything!
Pros: Hotel Za Za is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious for the money. Old hotel charm with a flair for the creative. Always a wedding or some special occasion going on keeps it lively but not loud. The balconies have some great views. Service is very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was very good but not great. Lovely pool and small spa.
Cons: Houston sun is hot and our AC struggled in the afternoon sun. We even had it looked at but it didn't seem to help. Blackout curtains do keep light out but evidently not the heat. Still the view was spectacular from 8th floor.
Pros: Interesting design, fun rooms, great staff
Cons: Musty carpets, smoked-in rooms, mediocre room service
Pros: The car service. Truly great. Location as well. Food is good. Massage was great.
Cons: ZaZa has changed. You will find lots of drunk business men at the bar and hookers. Not fun when you travel alone for business and art.
The staff seems to be more occupied with themselves then you.
Pros: Great service

Pros: Staff was excellent.

Hotel Restaurant was Italian themed, in Houston!

Cons: Was not happy valet parking $32 per day
Pros: Beautiful hotel, atmosphere perfect.
Cons: I only got to stay one night.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and everyone was so friendly and helpful!!!!
Cons: We had to pay for parking.
Pros: the staff was extremely friendly and the location is perfect for getting around. The rooms were clean and the hotel was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
Pros: Newly renovated, spacious, comfortable.
Cons: Fairly high parking fees, though perhaps reasonable for this location.
Pros: Nice facilities, cordial and friendly staff that went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a pleasant one. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the showers well kept and gave a home away from home feel.
Cons: slow wifi, tight parking garage thats a bit more expensive than i would expect for a place with no security guard, barely any room to actually park your vehicle, no free breakfast.
Cons: I would recommend a different scent for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Both my boyfriend and I smelled strongly of coconuts and wanted something less overpowering.
Pros: The room was super clean, staff very friendly and efficient, and great atmosphere.
Pros: Good location for easy access to the highway while being near Houston's Galleria.
Free wireless service.. The staff are curious and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
The price was very reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants good value and easy access.
Cons: The breakfast buffet, for the price, I thought, was limited nor did I think the quality of the food reflected the otherwise high quality of the hotel. My bathroom was small although functional.
Pros: I loved the hotel. It was very comfy and they did everything for you.
Cons: The restaurant is expensive but somethings are good
Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria is pleased to provide all amenities and services necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Pros: Fernando is the man he very helpful as well as lido
Cons: The bums, walkout side and always asking for money
Pros: Great location! Clean! Excellent service and food!

Houston's 2nd largest hotel with 955 rooms, including 20 suites, 34 meeting rooms, Spindletop Restaurant and Einstein Bros Bagels and More and lobby lounge, health club, heated outdoor pool. Offering complimentary shuttle service within downtown. Within walking distance to Theater District, George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park and Toyota Center.
Pros: The hotel seems like it was very nice a few years ago but doesn't feel like it has been kept up to date and doesn't feel clean at all. Our room smelled so much like mildew! The room came with 1 bottle of complimentary water. Every bottle after that you had to purchase, principally speaking I think this is crazy for a hotel room that costs $200 per night! Overall not impressed by this hotel.
Pros: Unique hotel. Friendly staff. Love the bar in the lobby. Comfy beds. Great shower. Perfect location.
Cons: I wish parking was a bit less expensive, or there was a self park option.
Pros: The design of the hotel and the rooms was fabulous. Couldn't have picked a better location. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. We went to the cafe across the street in the morning and everyone was wearing Astros jerseys getting ready to walk to the game.
Pros: Location, view
Cons: No minibar,, no vending machines ,no smoking- but no balconies !!!! I expected a high class, luxury hotel..... I found myself regretting the choice immediately upon arrival in the room... No minibar, (then why did they take a 400 dollar deposit from my card without mentioning it, in addition to my paying the 600 up front for the two days I was staying there.??????!!?..... Which will take a week to be put back on my card...... No soda or vending machines, closest 24 hr place to get snacks is 3 miles away.... They charged me over 60 dollars in overnight parking fees without ever asking me whet make or model or license plate number... I didn't even have a car with me on this trip- staff were condescending and rude about my attempting to address these and other issues..... Don't stay here Houston is big no shortage of alternatives that are not a waste if minry
Pros: Nicely renovated, bigc ocmfy rooms
Pros: Johnny at the front desk was spectacular, and was very professional. Gave me recommendations on night life and restaurants. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The valet was decent. It's about $34 a night after tax for one car, but it is downtown Houston. They are very quick about getting your car ready for you when you call for it. At night we called valet for a cab and went down 10 minutes later and they said it had not arrived yet. My group waited 10 more minutes inside the garage before the valet guy told us to stand on the street and try to get one. What is the point of calling ahead for a cab if they wanted us to go flag one down ourselves. There is no on site self parking, but there is a small private owned parking lot connected to the right of the hotel which is $10/ a day where my friend left his car.
Check your bill before you leave!! I was charged an extra $20 dollars for "long distance calls." I didn't realize it was considered long distance to call valet down stairs... They were happy to take it off, but I'm glad I checked it.
Cons: Only one coffee serving in our room.

Pros: the location of this Omni cannot be surpassed!
Parking is convenient albeit rather expensive for what is available.
Cons: The front desk staff is really underwhelming.
The hotel is so dated and in need of a MAJOR renovation.
Pros: The pool and Noghtclub
Cons: Charge to parking and need more chair in pool area!!
Pros: Their customer service was amazing. My room and view were both beautiful. They respected my privacy and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous!
Cons: Paying for parking.
Pros: Nice lobby, great location, comfy beds.
Cons: Stained towels, dated shower
Pros: Very nice and a good deal price-wise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again without hesitation!
Cons: Facilities are a little dated. Had to go outside to get to the fitness center. Normally not a problem In sunny Houston but it was raining during my stay. Also the fitness center could only be accessed through the main lobby?
Pros: Perfecr. Great staff. Super lobby. Great location...perfect! And the best, a massively great breakfast!
Pros: They completely screwed up the reservation and were extremely rude. We arrived around 1130pm and ended up leaving to stay at another hotel. Will never stay at this location again. Extremely disappointed.
Pros: Beautiful. lots of amenities, night club, restaurant, spa
Cons: Fire alarm kept going off Saturday night. Security said that a guest was taking a shower and opened the bathroom door and the steam set off the alarm. That doesn't make any sense since people open steamy bathroom doors all the time to cool down after a hot shower. It was a very stressful, terrifying, sleepless night.

Pros: I really the room. It was bigger than I thought it was going to be and the style was modern. The location was amazing.
Cons: It was a little like. Maze to get to the hotel rooms. I think it needed more elevators. Be it wasn't too bad.
Pros: Location and room size
Cons: Parking is really expensive. I asked the housekeeping for a bag and she said NO.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff
Cons: Snacks and drinks were WAY to expensive - charging for parking is surprising for such an average/below average location.
Pros: Great free breakfast buffet!
Cons: Had to pay for parking - not surprising, but I never like paying for parking.
Pros: Cleanliness, customer service, and attention to detail.
Cons: Paying for overnight parking.
Pros: The beds were so comfortable, room was clean and my stay hands down have to say the best night's sleep. Definitely will go back there!
Cons: The hotel needs some renovations but it's a great place!
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: Didn't really care for the breakfast.
Pros: Breakfast was amazing 😉
Pros: We enjoyed the way the staff treated us. Especially the young lady who makes the omelettes. I believe her. She was very friendly, polite, helpful and attentive during our stay. We enjoyed the stay there.
Pros: THE BEST PART WAS BEING ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO A FULL KITCHEN.
Cons: The surprise charge for parking and how hard access to the garage is a deterrent for future stays or recommendations.

Pros: Cleanliness, amenities, availability and helpfulness of staff
Cons: No recycling
Pros: Just spent one night but heart of the Houston Medical Center. Can't be beat. Staff friendly and efficient. Easy valet parking (not cheap - but nothing is in the Medical Center). I'm told by my brother there's a very nice gym and pool there - but as I was scheduled for surgery, wasn't able to avail. They alsohave a convenient van available to drive you in a 2 mile radius around the Center.
Cons: - Messed up the billing. After putting my brother's room on my card they still went ahead and charged him.
- Bar on 2nd floor was difficult to find a server. Appetizers ordered were worse than hospital food!

Cons: The staff didn't really help in many ways. I asked for a bottle of water and then was refused due to not being a Hilton Honors member. There was no free breakfast. Even the cheapest Hotels provide some sort of breakfast. I was there as part of a soccer tournament and breakfast was provided to everyone that was a part of it. I had to go through a secondary site to get my reservations due to being a single day late on the reservation, and was thus denied the breakfast for my daughter who was playing in the tournament. Instead being asked to pay $15 for a mediocre at best breakfast. When you pay as much as is being asked, this shouldn't be an issue. I will not be returning to this Hotel.
Pros: Mia was the most efficient reception
person I think I've ever encountered. At the same time she was friendly and delightful.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable! Main things I usually look for in a hotel. Location was nice also. Walking distance from restaurants and stores. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: I love the staff. They were really nice and friendly, always smiling.
Pros: The value for the room on a Monday late evening was great. Everyone was friendly, the place was quite & clean, the beds were comfy & the room and bathroom were clean, coffee in the room was Starbucks, the cafe for breakfast was good.
I left a personal item and the staff was able to locate it. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much for taking the time to locate it and keep it safe. Also, a plus its so convenient to the airport and FREE parking. Oh, and cant't forget the pool area looked clean as well.
Cons: If I was staying more than just overnight I would have wanted a room that didn't smell like smoke. I did notice smoke free signs in the hallway, but I know some do not always abide by the rules. The smell was tolerable for a night stay, but anything more, I would have asked for a new room.
Cons: I arrived late and my reservation was made on the wrong date.. due to the travel site or the hotel... but the staff on the front desk refused to accomodate me even though you guys had probably 50 empty rooms. I understand that it might not have been your fault.. but you rather have an empty room than a customer.
WELL THIS CUSTOMER RUNS A COMPANY WITH 2650 ENPLOYEES. WE BOOK AN AVERAGE OF 110O HOTEL ROOMS A YEAR AND YOU JUST LOST ALL OUR BUSINESS.
When you are just in business to make a quick buck.. you will lose your quality customers. Im taking my and all my companys business elsewhere.
Cons: I was surprised that there was no microwave in the room.
Pros: I liked the room and cleanliness.
Cons: One shuttle driver was a bit apprehensive and with the rates paid for rooms breakfast should be included in my opinion.
Pros: I stay at this property every time I'm in Houston. The staff is great. The rooms are always clean and updated. The restaurant is open late, has a great bar and food.
Pros: Very close to the airport, free 24-hour airport shuttle
Pros: Great location for early morning flight
Cons: Guests coming and going throughout the night...some with no regard for sleeping guests.
Pros: The property was well maintained and the staff was attentive and very helpful. Very close to the airport.
Cons: Very close to the airport but not much else. The airport noise was very noticeable.
Cons: I called for a shuttle and was told one would be leaving the hotel in 15 minutes. The hotel is 10 min at most from terminal. I patiently waited 30 minutes but no shuttle. Called back spoke to the same man, who was very rude, He said the shuttle would be there very soon. I waited 15 more minutes, no shuttle. Called back and spoke with the same rude man. Again he said it would be there shortly. 15 minutes later still no shuttle. By this time I have spent 1 hour in the middle of the night waiting for a shuttle from a hotel 10 min away. By this time I was angry. Called rude man back and told him I would not be staying at the hotel and to cancel my reservation. I called uber to take me somewhere else. As the uber vehicle was driving off the Sheraton van was pulling in. Well over an hour at 2 in the morning. Not
Pros: Everybody was very friendly.
Cons: No liners in trash cans
Pros: We had a 9 hour layover in Houston and this hotel was close to the airport, had a shuttle and was reasonably priced.
Cons: The AC was broken the whole night, it was very uncomfortable (June in Houston). There was no cold water in the sink or shower. I don't understand how the cold water stops working however it was very annoying be cause we had been on a plane all day and wanted to take a shower. I was given a really vague excuse of what was going on. I was too tired to argue so we just went to be dirty and hot.

Pros: Good location next to the Galleria Mall. Enjoyed the Sheraton Club. Beds were pretty comfortable
Cons: Bathroom could use updating, it was probably clean but had moldy caulking
Pros: I loved the area and the view that I received. Staff was great!
Cons: I did not like the fact I had to pay for parking. I feel that should be included with the visit.
Pros: Service was great. Made us feel like valued customers. Special shout out to Rex, the concierge. Food in bar was also very good
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Very accommodating staff. Convenient location to shopping restaurants. Rooms clean and spacious.

Pros: Bathroom too small, room size fairn overall meet and comfortable.
Pros: Close to the federal building.
Cons: Rooms were not good. Beds were terrible. Possibly the worst hotel beds I have slept in. Noisy and kept the kids up as they are light sleepers. The hotel itself smelled old and the rooms did as well. There was mold in the inside bath/shower unit.
We left the hotel as soon as we could. Staff were fantastic. The employees in the hotel did a great job.
Cons: We found that the noise from the highway can be very loud and make it challenging for children to sleep at night. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom and that is not good indication of cleanliness. We raised the fact that we found the cockroaches to the hotel staff and their response was okay we will inform the housekeeping.
Pros: The staff was really personable from the valets to Jorge to the counter staff. The hotel has a very appealing luxury façade but wait until you get to the room.
Cons: The room air conditioner did not cool the room. The ceiling had what looked like "black mold" but at closer look may be lent from the air conditioner vent. The room area that housed the ice maker looked very neglected which made me feel that the hotel was beautiful on the surface only.
Pros: nice hotel great location
Cons: too expensive for parking 35$
Pros: Breakfast buffet was phenomenal
Pros: Bed was somewhat comfy and internet was good in my room.
Cons: I booked well in advance, but was given the room next to the elevator because they were sold out. The front desk person did try to be honest about it when I checked in, but didn't have any alternatives. The shower made a horrible chugging noise, and fixtures in the bathroom had visible rust. Also, although downtown Houston is not a walkers' paradise anyway, we were barely in the downtown center and had to walk 20 minutes or more to get to decent restaurants.
Pros: I loved that there were healthy food choices for breakfast at very reasonable prices. The express breakfast delivered to the room was a real treat.
Cons: At night, the AC seemed to shut down automatically for a period of time. It got a bit stuffy in the early morning hours.
Pros: I loved the Crowns Plaza location to Mid-Town. I was just a cheap cab ride away from all my friends and the excitement.
Cons: Glasses were to small to mix cocktails in the room
The Whitehall Houston puts you within a 10-minute drive of Downtown Aquarium and Toyota Center, plus an airport shuttle is available for USD 30-50 per person. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Edgar's Hermano, one of 2 restaurants, which serves Tex-Mex cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. 2 bars/lounges and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like Tempur-Pedic beds with premium linens.
Cons: Parking is a problem, no self parking and you can wait for your car for a long time.. During peak hours, valet department don't answer your call..even if they do you may still wait !!!
Cons: Had to use valet parking the whole time as the regular deck was closed, and there was an extended wait to get the car when I was ready. The room could also use a refrigerator.

Pros: The parking. No complimentary breakfast you still have to pay for parking the rooms didn't have enough light
Pros: Daughter and husband loved the Milk and Cookies Happy Hour every night! Breakfast was very good too!
Cons: The pool was perfect for my 4 year old because it is only 3 feet deep and not very big at all. A little disappointing.
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Expensive parking
Pros: Fantastic location - great restaurants, bars and the Wortham theater are all within walking distance.
Cons: Bed was old, uncomfortable and not worth what we paid for.
Pros: Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. We did love the roof top pool as well. Amazing view of downtown from above.
Cons: The main drawback for us is that there was a wedding the night we stayed so the bar/pool table area was not available. There was no other good place to hang out at the hotel which was inconvenient for us.
Pros: I loved the atmosphere, decorations, the view from the pool was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The valet were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The staff inside seemed a bit on edge from the double weddings in the restaurant, clerk told us we could order at the bar tender stand downstairs and the bartender seemed offended and said she's a liar, it's room service only that night. I was not fond of the prices for waffles and french toast on the menu, seemed an awful high price for such a simple food. The view from my room was construction and graffiti ' ed windows on the building next to us.
Pros: I loved my view for the room! I requested a room with a nice view and I was accomadated with a room on the 21st floor! It was also my birthday weekend and they had chocolates and a card waiting for me.
Cons: Everything was perfection!
Pros: location close to Minute Maid park. Rooms were nice size, free breakfast buffet was spectacular.
Maria and the staff in the kitchen during the breakfast and in assisting in attempting to rectify a mistake made by other staff (see 'What didn't you like').
Cons: I called ahead to find out whether I needed to bring our coffee brewer for our own, in room, coffee, and was told they had actual brewers (not those pod-type things). They didn't, and couldn't locate any, and didn't have any answers for how to get what we wanted and what they said they had.
They did brew our coffee in their kitchen for us, which was apparently the best they could do.
We almost didn't get the early check in they had also promised over the phone; luckily I had the name of the person who granted it, who happened to be the one at the front desk and who initially told us they couldn't check us in early.
