Pros: Great crew.

Cons: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Pros: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Pros: Crew was great, very responsive and hospitable!

Cons: more lunch choices, especially choices without dairy products.

Cons: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Cons: Tell me i would misst the next flight and that my beg will not go to the final airport.

Pros: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Cons: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.
