Cons: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Pros: Onboard crew were nice and polite. Flight was on time (a rarity).

Cons: The boarding crew was rude and unpleasant, the plane was boiling hot.

Pros: The schedule and timing

Cons: The airport, some of the crew, the aircraft seats, the entertainment system

Pros: Nothing !! Such a bullshit flight ever !!!

Cons: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Pros: Crew great, boarding at Nice very organised, boarding in Amsterdam not so organised!

Cons: A queuing system would be better-it was a bit disorganised at Amsterdam!

Pros: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

Cons: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Pros: Great crew, comfortable seating with enough leg room.

Cons: Provide dinner before getting to joburg, instead of a snack. Flight arrives late so dinner would be appreciated

Pros: Just as I expected. And I made my last connection easily.

Cons: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....

Pros: Reasonable space in economy class seats

Cons: Staff hurrying us up 40 minutes before departing and threatening to take our bags out of the plane in case we didn’t board then. I had to leave my coffee and run.

Pros: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Cons: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!
