The plane was dirty the food was awful and the boarding process took too long

Even in business class, no 2 members of our family including kids were able to sit together. I booked the tickets months in advance. The all my luggage was left in London and arrived 2 days later. It took hours to report the missing luggage at the airport and 3-4 hours to recover one of the bags from the airport with mind bending amount of paperwork. Worst experience ever, I would seriously reconsider traveling by British Airways again.

Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I was given the middle seat even though I asked for a change they didn’t honor

I was sleeping during dinner service, no one bothered to offer meal later, I remained hungry….until I got a morning sandwich!

Flight was delayed but my previous flight was as well so It worked to my advantage. This was my first time in first class. I don't think they ever stopped feeding us. The seating area was very spacious and comfortable. The attendants were wonderful, warm, friendly and very personable.

horrible! after going through hell and back to get a flight home after my flights got cancelled I also had a delay of 2hrs stuck inside the plane because of some technological problem.

I couldn't get a vegan meal because I booked via kayak but everything else was lovely

The flight was booked on British Airways but operated by American Airlines. When I went to check in at the BA counter I was told I needed to check in at the American counter. That wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to know and save a bit of time on the very long American check-in lines.
