Even planket on the air craft for the frozen A.c. for old handicap pepole was paid !!! Not only bad survices no any surviced If ane passenger suffocated i think they will request paid bottle of water
It took too long to board
It was on time, which is always a good thing!
The check in agent was not very helpful. He said, "Would you like window or aisle?" I said, "Window please". He says, "there are no windows. I can give you an aisle." I said, "but you asked me if I wanted a window." He said, "you are too late" (as though it's my fault... but I was one of the earlier ones at check-in and was not able to check-in online!). He continues, "I can give you an aisle in row 23". I say, "okay". Then after I leave the check-in counter and look at my boarding pass it says I have seat 11B. Neither window or aisle! In addition, I flew this flight as part of an Emirates ticket and it was not cheap, and yet the FlyDubai segment did not include a meal.
The crew was incredibly rude. One flight attendant yelled at me to take my seat even after i told him the seat was wet. He insisted the plane didn't come from anywhere so it could not be wet. I showed him how it was so wet that it soaked my pants and told him it smelled like beer. He seemed annoyed i was bothering him and said he would replace the seat cushion. It took ten minutes before he replaced the cushion. When he did he threw it over the seatbelt preventing me from bucking up. I told him the arm rest and side of the plane were sticky from whatever had spilled. He ignored me and walked away. Another attendant came by and told me to buckle up before landing. I explained the situation that I did not have access to the belt to her for the second time and she rudely told me to move my seat. When I requested a new seat before the flight the first attendant told me no that was the seat I had paid for. Ignoring the fact that I had also paid for a dry seat. Now when the flight is landing my safety suddenly became a priority. Its safer to say I will not be recommending this airline.

Had I known that the second segment of the flight is Pakistan international airlines I would have never booked the flight on kayak. Very dangerous and third class airline. The sight should clearly show all the details when u search for the flights. As it was showing all flights on Etihad. Will never make reservation on kayak again
There was no information given that pia does not have online check in. The food was horrible on pia. The connecting flight had no vegetarian option for people with dietary restrictions.9

Good for an LCC.
Termiinal 2 at Dubai is very overcrowded. As I bought this flight as part of an Emirates ticket, it would have been nice if a meal would have been included.
The price and the service
This airline was terrible. They treat customers with no respect. It was uncomfortable, dirty and service was poor. They came once with the cart and charged even for water on a 4 hour flight. The expensive sandwich was old and stale. Entertainment system didn't work. I would avoid this airline at all cost.
This is not exactly a low cost airline because FlyDubai charges egular prices for BEG-DXB flights, therfore, passagers should be offered a complimentary drink and food on a 5 hours flight for the price we paid.
