We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

The desk crew at the LAX crew could do better. A girl named Mahesi was very abrasive and unfriendly. She needs a better customer service uproar.

Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.

Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.

Very Bad experience bqz I was missed my next flight.

The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up

Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!

Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.

Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
