Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .
New Airbus 220 with all the amenities. Not sure why hot beverages were not served as flight turned out to be very smooth…
There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food
Food offerings need to be more plentiful and beverages need to be more healthy.
The staff was great. There were boarding delays due to the weather although the staff remained calm and friendly. The food is generally sub-par and there was a delay with my luggage but the airline was relatively speedy with having it delivered to me.
The flight was cancelled and the flight they booked me on in lieu of was repeatedly delayed, meaning my arrival time was delayed from about 8:30 pm until after midnight. The airline offered little explanation and no recompense for this 4-hour delay.
