Friendly staff who are helpless because the company is not organized,
1.75 hours late in takeoff Indian food is good but Air India -- foolishly following dietary trends -- does not add enough salt, or spice or oils. The result is food that is tasteless. It is an insult to Indian cuisine. Some purchased food (e,g,, Yoghurt or bread) of very cheap and poor quality) Without proper management and organization, even friendly staff cannot render good service.

Seats not comfortable, tray table support was broken.
When waiting for the bus to take us to the airplane, there were no signs which stated when the bus would come, which flight it was for. We had to constantly ask people and felt like we would miss the flight.
I was there at airport 35 minutes before boarding time and the crew mentioned that the flight was closed. I had to run and buy an expensive ticket to Mumbai on a separate flight to reach Mumbai in order to catch my flight to USA. . Also, as a result of it, I had to pay extra money for Luggage to Mumbai.They were very uncooperative
TV wasn't working and despite complaining, they failed to rectify the issue. Whole 14 hour flight with no TV or entertainment unit was quite a long one.
i arrived with 45 mins as requested. Their staff an utter shambles that I feared I miss flight. By that time they said too late (even tho I had time but they didn’t know what they were doing) had to pay an extra £60!!! For their bad management and wait extra 4 hrs!
Everything except that the veg sandwich finished out of stock & myself being a diabetic started having hypo (Low blood sugar). Luckily I had my glucose tablets.

I did not like the fact it was delayed. I had to pay for an additional flight to get to coimbatore to fulfil my commitments.
Time of flight and before time departure so that reaching early is beneficial to all passengers.

I have already stated what I felt.
Flight was delayed by ~3 hours due to runway closure. Missed connecting flight from Kolkata, and Biman Bangladesh didn't take any responsibility.
On time service and excellent quick 30 min flight.
Flight attendants needs to smile little more.
Male Cabin crew were very dismissive and not helpful. I asked to borrow a pen 2 times and was ignored, then the gentleman in front of me asked and was given a pen. Incredible! I asked for water, received a strange look and was given nothing. I heard the attendant speak English so I know he understood me. overall service was terrible.
The flights were to full so seating was easy and the cost was low.
Flights outbound and inbound were late. Outbound was re-scheduled six late. Inbound was two hours late getting out. But the flight were to full so seating was easy. The food they served is what they make jobs about - it was terrible.
I really felt like the plane was going to drop in mid air at any time.
due to 11 kg total weight I had to check in a soft carry on bag resulting in :1/2 hour extra wait time and some crushed items. Vegetarian food was pretty tasteless.
I like the food and entertainment options
Flight appeared less than half-full, I had a full 4 seats to stretch out. Yes, this was just lucky, but very much appreciated.
Crew is always helpful and friendly. Riding in economy is never very comfortable. Love the little chocolates handed out toward end of flight.
Food is boring and repetitive. Current movie selections and TV shows were mostly uninteresting.
