Cons: My seat (8d) would not recline and the hand rest would not go up.
Pros: The crew was very nice and attentive to the needs of all, but especially to the senior citizens and families with small children.
Cons: The assignment of seats for the Gold card members.

Cons: Check in could not be done earlier and was not enabled and helpdesk did not help. Seats kept changing till the last moment
Cons: Too little space for carry on compartments. Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty.
Pros: Short trip from Rome to Milan
Pros: The fact that I had more legroom than I expected was surprising.
Cons: The staff were super rude, forgot my food TWICE. Boarding took ages, and once inside the plane, they took a long time to get on the runway. Food was terrible, the bread was hard as rock. IFE has some relatively new films, but the screen is very small. The screen has terrible quality, and honestly makes the flight excruciatingly boring if you don’t have other sources of entertainment.
Cons: Alitalia is the worst airline company
Cons: There isn't enough space on plane to enjoy the flight, it was more of, you have to go from one location to another. If it was more than 2 hours, I would have hated it even more.
Pros: Good flight
Cons: Too short time between the flights, almost lose the connecting flight.
Cons: My Baggiage is extremely damaged which is so disgusting and there is no way to report it
Cons: Need more leg room even for regular economy seating
Pros: Plane was clean especially bathroom, chairs were comfy, good entertainment options
Cons: It took forever to check in and board. Colombo airport is a bit disorganized. Vegetarian meal was 2 types of pasta no vegetables
Pros: Check-in was easy and smooth.
Cons: Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport .
Cons: The crew is the most arrogant and ill mannered from all the other international airlines I have flown with - so please be ready for a very unwelcome experience. I had also worded this out as a complain to them, but received a very lukewarm and uninterested reply.
