Service is not good

The food served was nice.

The KLM staff that were assigned to this flight were incompetent. After telling them I was flying with Etihad and I had a 30kg limit the told me to unpack my bag to reduce them to 23kg. I did this 3 times, and then at final weighing they figured out I was right and that I could board with 30kg. Morons!

Lots of entertainment to choose from.

The legroom was the worst I've seen in a long time. I'm 6' tall and my knees hit the seat in front of me. Seats would also not recline. Crew was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Food was pretty mediocre. Both my partner and I had to ask for replacement headphones as the initial sets given were not working. My partner was on crutches and, though told she could get priority boarding, this was not followed up on by the crew and she had to deal with the normal jostling.

Good legroom, flight not full so room to spread out

We were forced to sit in the aircraft for 2 hours before takeoff without explanation. This is now standard airline/airport strategy to get people out of the way and out of the boarding areas when they are running behind. Unacceptable and should be resisted.

All you need for a short flight was provided.

On the handwritten paper boarding pass I was given the same seat as another passanger. When I went to rectify the problem she gave me another seat but again didn't check and that was also occupied. Clearly there was no computerized system helping them to book in the flight: a bit ridiculous in this day and age. After all of that, our flight was cancelled and we had horrible aftercare experience. We were told we would get a refund but still nothing has come of that.

Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Aircraft condition, smelly.

Delay weather, not their fault

Smooth in the air experience. Snack and beverage in a 45 minute flight

Deplaning why close the business class curtain when leaving the plane. It only makes deplaning slower and guess what we all got on the same bus to the terminal. Silly practice

Not much.

I paid a higher rate to not have a layover and Oman Air changed my flight to a cheaper fair and waited in the airport in Oman for more than 7 hours. This is unsatisfactory and I should be reimbursed for the cheaper flight. I also had a stop in Dar Es Salam that was unexpected. My friend got bit by a flea or some bug...the seats are filthy and not properly cleaned.

Service very good

Change in the inflight entertainment to more current programs and movies . Very poor limited choice . The toilet became out of use in the last hour of the flight . Very poor .

Nothing

When I buy a ticket through etihad website, I expect etihad service, even if it was operated by other airline. Air Serbia managed to loose my luggage on a direct flight between AD and Belgrade, and the plane was very old, without entertainment.

Friendly staff

The plane was old and the standard was not business class. They ran out of many of the dishes and the food was very poor. The plane was understaffed resulting in poor service. I declined to join the air miles scheme as I shall not be travelling with them again.

That we arrived safely

The seat in the exit aisle was too upright and very uncomfortable. After paying for the exit row seat I expected a more comfortable chair. We were stuck in Abu Dhabi for nearly 2 hours on the runway waiting for take off even though all passengers boarded early.

A few select staff.. the rest was rather "meh" or less

Most of the staff were rather inpersonal.. the food is a joke, better off without it. Kind of an embarrassment for a national airline.

Great value for the first leg of an open jaw AUH-MCT-DXB trip. Priced about the same as a return trip - the only airline to allow me to fly this route (multiple airlines at high one-way fares to split into AUH-MCT and MCT-DXB otherwise).

Older Boeing 737-700 aircraft used on this flight (the only one in their fleet) with limited leg room (subsequent MCT-DXB flight on an E175 was great though - new plane, great legroom). Bus gates at Muscat (although a new terminal is being built).
