Very uncomfortable seats for that length of flight. Good food and good entertainment options. Great real time view from the landing apparatus!

Left with delay due to a passenger health state. Overall the flight was good, smooth with no hiccups. Food was ok with only one choice for the economy class which was disappointing but not unusual these days. Crew was amazing.

Pros: "quality of plane"
Cons: "check in takes 30 minutes since my visa was in old passport"
Pros: "the crew were amazing. The food was good. 20 minutes late in a snowstorm, amazing. Seats were comfortable. I will definitely fly Lufthansa again."
Pros: "Seat was both comfortable and spacious. Crew were very attentive and personable."
Cons: "Really great flight. Can’t say enough about it."
Pros: "ok"
Cons: "reached in time for onward connection but the gate had closed 30 mins before and had to stay overnight in munich Lufthansa did poor job of communicating rebook on same day thr Delhi.By the time we got to see agent in service desk that connection thr Delhi was also not an option.veryfew counters muni"
Cons: "A delay due to an electrical storm prevented us from taking off for over an hour which we had to wait to end on the plane."
Pros: "Great service."
Cons: "New planes have 9 sits in the rove (economy class) which affects the passengers comfort."
Pros: "Entertainment and food were geat and a great distraction from the seating arrangement and the horrible leg area."
Cons: "Not having a chair leg in the middle of the leg area. being able to sit next to my partner instead of having us split up. If we bought two tickets at the same time we should have been able to sit together. Lastly the huge delay that caused us to miss are final flight."
Pros: "very good on-board service , good LH crew while checking in i got an upgrade to premium economy very good food ....quite surprised easy check-in , no problem with suitcase that was a bit overweight"
Cons: "arriving in toronto , arrival gate at pearson was blocked by another plane ...so despite being a few minutes early , arrival at the terminal was finally 20min later than scheduled"
Cons: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."
Pros: "Great and friendly crew"
Cons: "In-flight system had some problems and seats seemed a bit uncomfortable"
Pros: "n/a"
Cons: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."
Cons: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."
Pros: "The bread was fresh and food better than other times"
Cons: "Crew is always aggressive and unfriendly"
Pros: "The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable."
Cons: "I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too"
Cons: "Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update."
Pros: "Good crew, as usual with Air France."
Cons: "Old plane with very lousy seats for a super expensive business class. Super slow check in and overall process till boarding because of lack of ground staff compared to passenger volumes"
Cons: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."
Cons: "More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too."

Egypt air needs to improve its crew; they're not polite.

Pros: "None"
Cons: "2 hrs waiting inside the plane, it could have been handle way better"
Cons: "The Business Class lounge was OK, but we were through late at night and there was very little hospitality offered"
Cons: "Food wasn’t that good and there could have been better entertainment options (more movies, TV shows). Internet was terrible."
Pros: "The crew was good but the seats werenot comfortable. Almost all passengers were coming from Al-Haj. They were so sick and coughing vigourously all the time."
Cons: "When we book the flight we should be informed that it is mainly for Al-Haj people. At Cairo airport they should check them to know the reason for this cough and people who were not in Haj can be seated in a separate section in the plane to avoid infection."
Cons: "The food could improve and for overnight flights, it would be nice if they could provide blankets. I took 4 flights 2 of them were delayed ."
Pros: "Our flight got delayed for 3 hours and they where ri rude to us"
Cons: "The plane was really old, no personal entertainment system for a 5 and a half hour flight is unacceptable. Seats very uncomfortable"
Pros: "Better seat, food, in-flight entertainment, lights not on as long so people can sleep"
Pros: "Direct flight, punctual time. Crew is friendly"
Cons: "several toilets were out of order (were marked occupied instead of out of order so I was waiting in vain until a passenger informed me it was not working not occupied). food, looked like they were trying to conserve on passengers desserts.. microscopic (toy size) containers for coffee n tea??!"
Pros: "Staff was efficient and pleasant. The food was excellent and nicely served."
Cons: "The lie flat seats were narrow and not very comfortable."
Pros: "Crew was professional and food was very good. Entertainment was really good."
Pros: "The seat. The BC lounge , the A380 BC. The food the service all ex excellent !"
Cons: "The crew wasn’t friendly at all, not personal at all , I even brought chocolates all the way from California and only got a thank you from one cabin crew. Not friendly or personal at all"
Cons: "The plane (A330) was parked at outer parking position away from the terminal building. They kept us waiting inside the bus for almost 30min with barely working AC at 40+ degC. Once the bus arrived to the plane embarking was done via roofless staircase."
Pros: "Some of the crew members were unfriendly, the economy seats were not very comfortable, there were no snacks on a 14 hour flight only water was freely available"
Cons: "As above"
Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad."
Pros: "Planes were good with good leg room"
Cons: "For Asian Veg Meal, they served Paneer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacing between meals was quite large. Entertainment options for adults and kids were quite limited."
Pros: "I was impressed they gave us a full meal for only a 3.5 hr fought"
Cons: "Crew was a little rude"
Pros: "I found the crews and their services good. Food served was tasty and healthy."
Cons: "The seat layout wasnt good. In a Boeing 777-300ER generaly the seat layout is 3-3-3 in a row, where as in etihad aircraft it was 3-4-3 in the economy. Th seat was very congested for a long haul flight."
Pros: "I wish I could remember the fight attendant’s name - she was probably the best flight attendant I’ve ever had"
Cons: "Plane was very crowded as compared to the A380 I flew over on. also the meal services on the Trip over was much better than this return flight"
Cons: "Air Canada not even offering a snack on a 3 hour flight now. Ridiculous."
Pros: "Entertainment unit and comfort were standard 5/5 for both"
Cons: "Boarding a massive 777 is difficult but some how other airlines do it smoother. Not sure how boarding 3 zones at once makes sense, which created a long que. Plus a delayed plane didn’t help the matter Unnecessary comments by one crew member while passengers were putting away their luggage were over heard and provided no value to the situations. Cup of noodles and a 3 tiny pieces of beef plate were provided for dinner which was very disappointing. While a typical egg breakfast and snack were also provided. Hot beverages were generally not served due to turbulence and water service during the 12hr flight was minimal."
Cons: "Started off by being 40 mins delayed. Not bad, compared to the 4 hour delay I had going to Vancouver. Flight was super uncomfortable. Upon arrival to Toronto. The gate had ice on it. So we had to wait in the plane for over an hour before we could get to a gate and off the plane. And then the entire plane of people (300-400 people I believe?) had to wait for our bags to come out for TWO HOURS! Meanwhile flights from Vancouver that we’re supposed to leave after us , left before us, got there before us, and got their bags before us. Horrible trip. I could not believe how unprofessional and unprepared Air Canada and the Toronto airport was during the holidays!"
Pros: "We had a very good experience with Air canada and will use Air Canada again."
Pros: "Air Canada has one of the best buy on board menu's of any North American carrier. They even allow you to purchase Business Class meals (subject to availability of course). Flying on the older 767-300ER also has more shoulder and leg room than some of Air Canada's newer configurations for the 787 and 777."
Cons: "Air Canada's boarding process is a bit frustrating. On American Airlines and United Flight attendants make announcements over the PA to (a) step out of the aisle to let people pass, and (b) place larger suitcases in the overhead and smaller bags under the seat. That way they try to ensure there is enough bin space to accommodate everyone. Passengers on Air Canada stuff everything in to the overhead bin and nothing under their seat, leaving little for those boarding after and delaying the flight because flight attendants are looking for bin space. If they were more pro-active, it would speed things up."
Pros: "Rouge is not air Canada"
Cons: "As someone who flies AC quite abit. Rouge is not AC"
Cons: "In the past Air Canada has been great. This past experience makes me never want to fly again. In-flight entertainment is the worst I have ever experienced on an international airline. Entertainment options were very limited, and it didn't work for most of the flight (crew tried resetting the system, to no avail). Crew were inattentive and seemed more focused on hanging out in the back of the airplane socializing with each other. Food was terrible, and I am generally pretty easily pleased when it comes to food. Return flight was delayed twice without any announcements or explanations in the boarding area. Flights were completely full and airplanes were old and uncomfortable. This flight was cheap for a reason. Pay the extra amount and fly another airline."
Pros: "Your customers are nicer than your staff."
Cons: "Firstly I will start with the lack of service we provided when trying to get seats together after checking in online. We rang and were told to try at the airport counter. Then at the airport counter we were told to try at the gate and then at the gate when I went to ask I was told to go get both tickets before they told us that there was no 2 seats together anyway rather than looking first. All whilst explaining this was our honeymoon and we would really like to sit together as husband and wife. Then once we boarded the guy sitting next to me was happy to swap seats with my wife as he had back problems and had asked for an aisle seat but was denied. Finally we are underway and I find that my entertainment touch screen doesn't work so even though it is one i can't select anything to watch. Plus to top it off the seat arm rest was broken. Obviously with a fairly full flight with no 2 seats together their wasn't much that could be done immediately but where is the maintenance and actual physical plane quality? Do your engineers or staff not check things? Overall dispite this being our national carrier I am ashamed to claim that. Many of our overseas visitors for the wedding from Australia and Europe also had similar complaints."
Pros: "There was nothing outstanding on this flight."
Cons: "We were delayed on boarding, they changed the gate number a number of times... it was all very disorganized. Both flights to and from LAX were delayed hours so they had to give us a voucher for 15% off our next flight."
Pros: "The flight crew, the price and the bags arrived."
Cons: "While the flight crew was great, the rest of the employees on the Toronto side were awful. Our plane was delayed from Dublin so most of the plane missed their connecting flight. Once off the plane they only had 2 people working rebooking and 2 working bag issues even though there was plenty employees around. After an incredibly long line, the gate agent was very rude. He barely acknowledged me, wouldn't look at me and just shoved my new ticket at me and said next. I tried to talk to another while waiting an extra 4hrs for my next flight and all she did was shove a business card with numbers and said if I had a problem to call one of those numbers and then rolled her eyes and started talking to her friends again. I saw another couple from my flight being passed around and getting rude treatment as well. Another I talked to said they will never fly Air Canada again. I know it wasn't their fault our flight was late but a little compassion and good customer service goes a long way. I had to spend $15 on dinner that I wouldn't if I had made my flight but they gave another couple from my flight $10 vouchers for food. So inconsistent! I also paid $100 extra on my ticket to sit closer to the front of the plane since I knew I had a short layover (which didn't make a difference) but they just gave the same seat to the girl next to me for the same reason. When I asked for a refund on the seat cost they just blew me off. To sum it up, the flight crew was great and very friendly but all the ground employees were awful and really need to improve on their customer service skills."
