Boarding queue were long , crew was good , seats were not comfortable food was good .
Fine , short leg space . Not yummy food . But its ok for a short trip ..
Liked the wifi onboard wifi facility. But most of the contents was not loading. Also improve the seating comfort. Atleast make it cushioning and slight slanting. Make a decent leg space.
Crew service and check in are very good Price still high .
Seats distance between each other are short but other things are ok .
Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.

Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again
We have paid premium price for a business class Cabinet and we have received the old 777 with the following apart business class that is not to standard. It was very disappointing and it’s a very bad reputation for a premium airline company. This aeroplane should be the commission from being as a business class. We will pass this knowledge to our colleagues because the quality of business class in Etihad is not consistent and it is a lucky dip that sometimes you’re getting a good aeroplane and sometimes you’re getting their 30 years old aeroplane. The crew of the aeroplane have apologise and said that they hate this aeroplane and they have complained about it multiple times as well. Obviously Etihad is putting the economy in front of the Customer Experience. For the future we will not take this risk anymore and will fly with established company like emirates.
Was so disappointing. Business class with no TV, uncomfortable seats. Had much higher expectations.
It was an old plane with seats not comfortable and with little space for the legs. I must say that the previous flight I had was amazing on a very comfortable new plane
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .

Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
