Boarding was good , a member of crew tried to accommodate one passenger into the paid exit row which was a paid seat but he wanted her to sit free , upon confrontation he was telling that it’s his right to upgrade , upon asking the supervisor to step in , she told her crew member that it’s a paid seat and passengers have to pay for it and apologize to me .
Boarding almost on time , crew member was very good .just had an issue with my meal , it was not showing but crew understood the problem and reacted professionally.
Boarding queue were long , crew was good , seats were not comfortable food was good .
Fine , short leg space . Not yummy food . But its ok for a short trip ..
Liked the wifi onboard wifi facility. But most of the contents was not loading. Also improve the seating comfort. Atleast make it cushioning and slight slanting. Make a decent leg space.
Crew service and check in are very good Price still high .
Seats distance between each other are short but other things are ok .
Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.
I appreciated the vailability of wheelchair services for persons with mobility issues all the way up to the aircraft. What could be better would be the food choices.
First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.
All the crew members were too slow and rude. Most of the times the registers were empty, while hundreds of customers were waiting in line, and it was impossible to get a supervisor. Despite being in line on time, I missed my freight, plus a some customers who were ahead and behind me.
Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.
Was downgraded from business to economy due to a faulty seat in business class. However when I boarded the plane there were no less than 5 free business class seats. Will never fly Qatar Airways again
I staff or crew they were very friendly and humbly, they done theirs service very well, I appreciate them and thank you to the company or Qatar 🇶🇦 Government for providing as good service in their flight ,once again, thank you 😊 🙏 😀 😉 👍
The seats are extremely small and very uncomfortable for a long trip , no space to even move the legs or keep the legs little bit folded, very uncomfortable
Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.
I didn’t not pay to fly with American Airlines!!!!!!!they are the worst!!
The crews have been excellent I feel like they go an extra mile to make my trip the most comfortable one and they do it cheerfully. I left my usb cable in the plane and two of the crews found me and gave it to me. Now where in the woods can you get such service I asked them to give you their names: Khaoula,Bhagwan,Juliet’s,Pam’s and two more from ATL to Doha trip. Yeah get free commercial fr me Fly Qatar whenever and wherever you fly and you will never be disappointed!!!
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .
Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.
The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other

I had a connecting flight from Abu Dhabi to Lahore , I had the boarding pass but stupid lady at the gate said I need visa , I tried to explain to her that to pass through the transit at Abu Dhabi , no one needs a visa , she said okay I will see and then she just kept us waiting and didn't let us board, cost me 780usd for 2 flights, will never buy wizz air again
