Dirty and smelly lavatory and toilets in Wamos Air operated flights
Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good
The crew could have been more friendly and could have offered to make the beds. Also, Ethiad should have more vegetarian food options.
From the start of my vacation at Logan Airport, Boston it was chaotic. I'm praying my flight home is better .I'm grateful that we landed safe

Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again
We have paid premium price for a business class Cabinet and we have received the old 777 with the following apart business class that is not to standard. It was very disappointing and it’s a very bad reputation for a premium airline company. This aeroplane should be the commission from being as a business class. We will pass this knowledge to our colleagues because the quality of business class in Etihad is not consistent and it is a lucky dip that sometimes you’re getting a good aeroplane and sometimes you’re getting their 30 years old aeroplane. The crew of the aeroplane have apologise and said that they hate this aeroplane and they have complained about it multiple times as well. Obviously Etihad is putting the economy in front of the Customer Experience. For the future we will not take this risk anymore and will fly with established company like emirates.
Was so disappointing. Business class with no TV, uncomfortable seats. Had much higher expectations.
It was an old plane with seats not comfortable and with little space for the legs. I must say that the previous flight I had was amazing on a very comfortable new plane
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .
Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.
The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache
Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.
Timing and if there is map of the trip in the screen it will be better.
Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
