Car was washed and cleaned, which was nice. There were a lot of scratches all over the car. I couldn’t get the agent at the exit gate to come out of the booth and review it with me. Overall pickup seemed rushed, that said everyone at the pickup counter and the parking was professional and friendly. I wish there was a more reasonable rate for long term rentals.Reviewed 14 Oct 2025

When we showed up, we were told there would be a separate daily fee which was not included when we made the reservation, even though the information we submitted was in alignment with what we submitted when we arrived. Also we made a reservation for a long-distance trip, then were told when we arrived they didn't have that class of car, and we'd either have to take a cheaper one (less comfortable long-distance) or an SUV (worse mileage).Reviewed 22 Jun 2025

There were no cars available at the enterprise location I booked at. Zero cars. We paid 150$ in Uber fees to go back and forth. It was a big disruption and huge waste of money.Reviewed 3 Jun 2024

David Ray provided excellent service. Kind , efficient, upbeat all in a hectic environment that was operating above capacity. David convinced me that he was there to guarantee my satisfaction: The car presented was not to my satisfaction owing to MY in competence. He located and personally washed a car that met my initial intentions. This guy should be managing and informing your training strategies.Reviewed 13 Apr 2024
