David convinced me that he was there to guarantee my satisfaction: The car presented was not to my satisfaction owing to MY in competence. Pros:Staff were great! Particularly Hunter who arranged things nicely. Charlie who picked mne up was great!Cons:Um location to where I was staying but I know things are limited. I dropped off a day early should be able to electronically track me and credit me one day rental. Need more drop off options. Should not be penalized for dropping at airport.
