I booked a rental and set the pickup time through Kayak. There was zero mention of the hours for the pickup location and when I arrived at 5 (my scheduled time) I was unable to obtain the vehicle since it was closed. This required me to argue with enterprise on the phone to get the reservation cancelled, additional charges, and then I had to pay for Uber to drive me to the next rental car location which was 24 hours- that was a 3 hour Uber ride.Reviewed 18 Jan 2024
