The man at the rental counter was absolutely awful, so unnecessarily mean and rude. He was a total bully, would not accept that I had a promo code (given to me because I waited in line at the desk for 2 hours the day before and did not receive the car!!) and would not tell me why, just said ‘that’s not gonna cut it’), and would also not accept that I have a completely valid car rental insurance policy through my credit card. He told me don’t bother trying to park the car later in because I won’t be able to get into the lot, it’ll be too busy and I won’t be able to get parked and will have to bring it back the next day instead. He also told me to sign something and then said, “and you’ve just signed to say you understand everything on this page, and also what’s in this booklet that I haven’t even given you yet.” It is completely unlawful and wrong to ask someone to sign for something they haven’t even been shown. He deliberately spoke so fast so that I couldn’t remember everything he was telling me, and then even acknowledged that he is speaking fast and continued doing so. I am a young female and he is an older male, I wonder if he speaks like this to everyone or did it to me because he knew he could get away with it with no repercussions. I was left tearful and shaking after the encounter, and was scared into bringing my car back way earlier than planned as he said I wouldn’t be able to park it later on. My day was completely ruined, I thinks he gets a kick out of talking to people like this having looked at similar reviews.Reviewed 10 Nov 2024

The jeep Wrangler was clean and fun to drive. Matches the theme driving in a tropical island. AT tires made the ride unnecessarily less comfortable since all the roads we drove were paved. The worst was pick up and late drop off process. The pickup line took almost an hour and the late dropoff box for the keys are in an inconvenient location. Other than that, still got our money's worth. Would've gladly paid a bit more for a better pickup and dropoff process.Reviewed 7 Nov 2024

Not the best. When I picked up the vehicle, there were several scuffs, dings and damage to the vehicle. None of which was noted when I picked the vehicle up. I took pictures of all of them. Luckily I did pay for the additional insurance that covers dings, wheels, broken windows, etc. But it is giving SCAM. If I hadn't taken out the additional insurance they would have charged me for damages that were already incurred before I ever picked it up. Also, the wheels were deflated by 10lbs and I could NOT find a gas station that provided air or water. To refill them. This was dangerous and CARELESS. The truck itself was fine. Very big. A little hard to navigate with the narrow parking and roads in Hawaii/ Oahu. I would recommend getting a smaller vehicle... the Dodge Ram was overkill on size and gas mileage was not good either.Reviewed 27 Aug 2024

I felt this was a scam. They keep on charging my credit card for no reason and I have to continuously deal with that. Once I call them out on it, they remove the charge but only a few days later it appears again. Poor business and won't be renting cars with them anymore.Reviewed 27 Feb 2024
