They were trying hard to sell the add ons and were misleading. They stated “so you want to bring the car back on empty” or “so you want limited coverage or full coverage”. Never giving the option of returning it with a full tank of gas or no coverage. It felt like it was a trap.Reviewed 7 Nov 2024

Easy to get to the lot outside the airport. When I arrived at check in, all of the up sale started. Was charged for daily loss of use insurance because I didn’t have that on my personal insurance. They also made it difficult to use my SunPass for the toll roads. Wanted me to purchase theirs for $69/day! That would have been more than the rental. I went to find the car and the attendant said to just hit the key fob to find the car. When I got in, it had an incredibly strong marijuana odor. Car was good; no complaints there. Checkout was excellent; quick and easy. Ended with a quick shuttle to the airport.Reviewed 11 Sep 2024
