Book National hire cars in Orlando

Saloons are the most popular car hire at National offices in Orlando due to their fuel efficiency and capacity to accommodate a family of four in comfort. If you need something with a bit more storage space then a passenger van or a large SUV is recommended. Singles and couples travelling on a tight budget will find compacts or small economy cars very affordable, plus they are much easier to park. Or, you can blow a few quid more for a convertible and enjoy the agreeable weather in the Sunshine State.

For UK citizens a passport and return ticket along with one other form of picture-ID and a valid domestic driver’s license are required when you book National car hire in Orlando. You also need a major credit card, but the agency also allows bank debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo to be used for payment. You must produce the same card used to make your reservation and in all cases the name on the card should match your driver’s license.

Metered parking is plentiful in downtown Orlando whether you park on-street or use a surface car park. Free on-street parking is legal and available in areas beyond the city limits unless otherwise indicated. You can pay for parking using cash and card though mobile apps like ParkMobile and PayByPhone are steadily gaining acceptance as more convenient methods. The city has great public transport so you can also consider Park & Ride as an option to avoid fees and dealing with traffic congestion.
