The lack of communication on your part has caused me both financial inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I kindly request a full refund of the additional charge of 355 US dollars. that I was required to pay at the airport. I am writing to formally complain about the loss of my baggage on your airline. . I was a passenger on flight 0920 from Seoul ICN to Almaty and then from Almaty on flight 0131 to Dushanbe on July 18th 2024. Upon arrival at Tajikistan Dushanbe, I discovered that my checked two bags were missing. I reported the issue immediately to the airline’s baggage service office at the airport. Despite following up multiple times and with your Air Astana Representative and being assured that the matter is being looked into, my baggage has not been located or returned to me until last evening. I expect to be compensated for the loss according to your airline’s compensation policy.
