Everything was good!

I had a torn budd/hamstring muscle and an upgrade to another class would have been great because I was in constant pain. Hopefully, when I return in a few days - this could be arranged?

Seat assignments when checking in.

The $89 extra baggage fee was expected but did not like waiting in a separate line for 15 minutes to someone showed up to take our credit card info.

Seats were very comfortable. The staff...very efficient. I was concerned that I could not check in online because I had not purchased directly through them but my fears were unfounded. 2hours before and they started checking people in

The one star responses should have been "not applicable" since we did not purchase anything to eat and have no comment. There was no entertainment, so we can't comment on that either.

Much of your service is excellent!

Although the very well crafted advertisement for Qatar at beginning of watching each movie is partially beautiful, I personally find it a bit offensive as a woman the clear emphasis on "my son, this watch and all that is mine will be yours", my daughter, your highest moment will be to get married. My disturbance with what I experience as sexist, worsened each time I saw this. Luckily I learnt how to fast forward, but the sexism of this left me disturbed. so although in reality much of your service is excellent, this advertising of a sexist world view was too disturbing to ignore. I hope my comments are helpful to you in considering that many women in the world now expect their fathers to consider passing on a fair share of their resources to their daughters as well.

Overall I would highly recommend it. Excellent service, good food, good on board entertainment. Flight attendants and crew in general very polite and very helpful. Despite our delay in arriving at the airport (check in was done online in advance), the flight attendants accepted us for the trip. The whole process was extremely efficient, there was no delay in take off time and the suitcases arrived all on time to our destination. I really appreciated their help: we did have a medical emergency 3 hours prior to our arrival to the airport, hence the delay..

As Platinum Member of QR Privilege Club I booked on the Qatar Airways website a Qatar Airways flight and got confirmed a Qatar Airways flight number. What else than as cheating the customer, the refusing of an upgrade with the excuse that this flight is an Cathay Pacific flight, can be understood. Very much disappointing.

Could have done without the awful sexist ads they play on in flight entertainment.

Enough leg room. On time.

The checked baggage allowance is ridiculous. 16 kg vs 23 kg on most other carriers?? I had to pay 60 euros extra. I will not fly them again.

Two hrs delay made us almost miss our connection. Had to run all the way through Prague airport, very very stressful experience

Plane arrived on time.

Backup at security almost made us miss our flight. Too hectic.
