We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic

Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up

You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again

Not good. I was supposed to be in Mint but got in economy class

The flight attendants were generally rude. I requested a blanket for my toddler and didn’t receive the blanket until about about 3 hours later into the flight after multiple asks for different crew!
