The journey was nice, all the crews were very good and services are excellent

Could not board flight due to visa issue and emirates staff at the airport refused to help rebook flight because it was made by another provider. It took hours of communicating with my provider and Emirates staff each of whom said it was the others responsibility. As the time passed, I was eventually told it was too late for rebooking as I needed to do this at least three hours before the flight. Emirates staff also said the would unboard me but I believe I was recorded as a no show. Our first flight from Sydney to Dubai was more cramped than other airlines which was surprising considering their reputation.

Great flight - Clubhouse met our needs, and the staff provided good service. Boarding felt a little chaotic, but given the size of the aircraft, it's always going to be challenging. Whilst the crew were friendly, the number of passengers meant that we received our breakfast items, but had finished breakfast before we were served a drink. Lunch was much better organised, and throughout the flight, the crew were attentive. Found the seats and ICE to be excellent. Disembarkation was fine, and everything possible to expedite the process was being done.

Had to do shuttle bus both times during the transfer. It was waaay longer than acceptable. These 777s need a refurbishment really badly. Emirates and Dubai Airport used to be top notch. Now overcrowded and outdated.

Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)

The food options were excellent for Economy. It was difficult to find the lounge after clearing security and boarding was clunky

Crew were very good. Food service was a little slow and disappointing not having on demand dining and only 3 options. Amenity kits and pyjamas were excellent.

This was my first time flying with Emirates. Overall, the experience was very good. I thought the seats in economy would have been a bit more comfortable, but, they seem to be on par with other airlines. The food was excellent and very satisfying. If you can afford it, I would definitely suggest upgrading to at lest premium economy seats for long haul flights.

I had a good experience flying with Emirates. All of the flights were on time staff was very professional and kind. So I had a positive experience..

Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore

nice and clean plane but the seats and the comfort was not what i expected. i expected more based on all the ads and reviews that i've read. I guess you get what you pay for in economy.

Overall it was good. Food was bad. I ordered gluten free vegetarian meal. But I got gluten free chicken for my long flight from Seattle to Istanbul. I don’t eat any kind of meat. Second meal I got eggplant with meat which I couldn’t eat. I don’t understand why we can’t get gluten free vegetarian meal for a 12 hour flight. I eat the bread and that was it.

it was a terrible experience. after 4 hours at the gate the flight was cancelled. the airline offered to rebook the flight for 26 hours later. Our team was travelling for an international competition. They missed the competition because the airline delayed them for over 30 hours. We already left the airport but the next morning we received an email stating that we were rebooked for a flight which was another 24 hours later after the already rebooked flight. We bought a ticket on Kayak. The reservation was delivered with a logo Airfareassist. I used Kayak services for over 20 years and assumed that I was dealing with a legitimate organization. Once the flight was postponed for over 40 hours, I learned that Airfareassist is a 3rd party agency whom kayak routes business to without notifying me, the customer. While I was entitled for a full refund, which was confirmed by the airline, Airfareassist only offered a partial refund and kept the difference. Kayak has failed to do a due diligence on the 3rd parties they do business with. As a result I will never do business with kayak again and am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Secretary of Transportation. This is a pure fraud and its unacceptable.

On the Boeing 777-300 aircraft there is no personalized climate control for passengers. Every time I've ever flown on this type of airplane I've been uncomfortably warm. For shorter flights (less than 5 hours) this isn't a big deal, but on longer flights where a nap is required to stay comfortable it turns into a nightmare. I love turkish airlines, but I really fo hope they upgrade their fleet. I've flown turkish air once on a newer model and had a fantastic time, so I think its the plane more than the airline.

I liked the overall flight experience. However, Turkish officials could do a better job at guiding non-Turkish speakers to their connecting flight gates in such a huge & vast airport.

THE SEATS ARE A JOKE!!!! YOU CALL THIS BUSINESS CLASS SEATS ? ITS A DISGRACE.. NARROW, CLAUSTRIPHOBIC SEATS CAN NEVER BE COMPENSATED FOR BY FOCUSING ON BETTER WUALITY FOOD SERVED....... THE CONFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE WIDTH & PITCH OF THE SEATS ARE WAY MORE IMP. THAN FOOD THAT TK IS FOCUSING ON... WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN EVEN IF THE PRICE OF BUSINESS CLASS SEAT IS SAME AS ECONOMY CLASS..... JAL/ QATAR/ EMIRATES HAS WAYYYY MORE COMFY SEATS

It was pleasant except for the boarding at Istanbul and long wait for the wheel chair almost missed the flight Itambul to Dubai

Terrible. Delayed. No one would help. Just limped about like a piece of meat

I was sitting almost in the back, the seats are very tight and there’s no legroom, it’s uncomfortable for a long distance

At the Check-in desk in Constantine, I put my luggage on the belt. It wasn’t very full. The Air Algerie agent said that my luggage was too heavy, and so I had to pay money. I asked how heavy it was, and he said 20 kg. I doubt just clothes would be that heavy. So I asked how much money I had to pay. He said 12000 Dinars, which is about $150 dollars (i.e., about 150 Euros). I started objecting, saying I don’t have that much Dinars, mostly because one can’t exchange dollars or Euros for Dinars. No one would get on a flight to Paris with 150 Euros worth of Dinars. Worthless. Also, I told him the flight itself didn’t cost as much as $150, so this charge was way too high. But, the Check-in person insisted that they would no take my luggage weighing that much (20 kg). So I asked what weight it must be. He hesitated, looked upward for a few seconds, and said 10 kg. So I stepped a few feet away and transferred clothes from my luggage to my backpack, leaving my luggage feeling 1/2 the original weight - - - hopefully now only 10 kg. I went up to the Check-in desk again. The Check-in guy put my bag on the scale, and said, “You still must pay 12000 Dinars.”. I asked why, and he said my ticket did not include any luggage at all. I objected immediately, saying that I had a round-trip ticket and that Air Algerie carried my luggage from Paris to here in Constantine. Therefore my ticket must actually have included luggage going both ways, round trip. But he continued to say that, no, my ticket didn’t include luggage, and that I must pay 12000 Dinars. At that point another Air Algerie agent walked up behind me, asking what was going on. When I told him, he said, “Come with me.” He took me 30 feet away, behind a pillar. He asked how much money I had. I said $40 US dollars and 20 Euros. He looked one way and then the other way. He said, “Give me the $40 and I’ll see what I can do.” A couple minutes later he said it was all fine, and they would take my luggage. So I went back to the Check-in counter, and they took my luggage, saying, “Don’t worry, it’s all fine. Everything is fine.”
