Cons: "I did not like the enormos gigh price for a 45 minuts flight. As a reference the flight from Bangkok to chian mai last 70 minuts and cost less than a third of the flight from Bangkok to koh samui.No doubt Monoply does not support reasonable prices."

Pros: "The food is great. Even for a 50 minute flight, we had a delicious noodle shrimp dish! Nice generous serving of OJ in the morning along with a large bottle of water!"
Cons: "Whoever looked after my luggage threw it so hard that it snapped the handle on the inside, so it makes it almost difficult to insert/withdraw the handle now from the bag. Very annoying!"

Pros: "Why have a Hong Kong customer Hotline if nobody ever picks it up? I called at least 10x during different days and different times, only a record answered saying to try later. So I had to call Thailand Hotline from Hong Kong and they told me to go to the airport at least 4h early to get cheaper price for luggage overweight. I arrived actually almost 5h early, just to realize that the counter only opens 2:45h before departure. When the staff finally arrived, they told me that it's too late for discount rate and there is nothing they can do about it. So I got fined for their lack of service. Failure throughout for such an expensive flight."

Pros: "My friend started to feel claustrophobic because the airplane was so stuffy and didn’t depart gate fore at l ast thirty minutes after expected departure time. We were not told til after fifteen minutes. All the while it was hot and stuffy. The landing was rocky and really quite scary"
Cons: "It was sweet that they offered a hot meal but I don’t eat chicken so I’m hoping the food was not wasted. They really should ask first, that way there is no waste. The staff were kind and friendly"

Cons: "The flight did get us to the final destination, how they lost our bags and as a result we missed our shuttle to our ferry. Apparently the bags never got on the HK flight and therefore probably won’t make it to us for a day or 2. Then while we were filling in there paper work to get our bag back, we missed our already paid shuttle bus. We then had to pay for a taxi, which was 4 Times the price..."

Pros: "Never flew with Bangkok Airlines, so did did not know what to expect. Was probably the best flight experience we've had in awhile. Flew on a 40min flight from Krabi to Koh Samui and when we got to the airport we found out checked bags were free. Then on the plane was given a full meal! On a 40 minute flight! All staff were super friendly and was possibly the easiest day of travel. Would highly suggest Bangkok Air to anyone. Great experience."

Pros: "The flight was overbooked so they offered us some compensation and a land+sea transport instead. They said it will take about 5 hours to get to our destination (instead of a 1 hour flight) and that a taxi will be waiting for us at the pier to take us to our hotel. We agreed but it took us 10 hours, due to many delays on the way that were their fault. Abd no taxi was waiting for us when we arrived at the pier."
