I WAS CANCELLED ! I thought entire flight was canceled but it was still ongoing and I was only canceled as a passenger and one day before my flight with really poor "choice" of next flights that completely ruined my family event. Absolutely disappointed by SAS. Will be avoiding this airline now

The flight was pleasant with landing and take off being very smooth. Toilets were a bit busy at times but crew was very accommodating. Food service was quick and hot. The connecting short flight was full and there was not room for hand luggage.

We were not aware that the check-in counter didn't open until 8:30 am. We arrive at 7:30 for our 10:30 flight ending in Chicago which is standard time allowance for international flights. I guess because the flight stopped in Copenhagen it was considered domestic? Anyway, would have been nice to know they didn't start check in until 8:30am.

Check in folks were very helpful. Hardly any wait at any point in the process, when we had heard that morning flights were crowded and difficult to get through. Crew was also very happy and kind to passengers

Flight crew was very kind and polite. They had to deal with an unnamed issue right beside me, and did so with respect.

Flight from Geneva arrived in Cophegan with one hour to make connection we had a 15 minute walk from one terminal to next (arrived terminal B had to go terminal C) and still had to go thru passport control. Fortunately we got someone to help us get thru and our flight was already boarding. We boarded with ten minutes to spare. In the futygoing into Copenhagen needs more time between connections

I was on SAS, not AeroMexico. How the great have fallen. I used to revere SAS-no more. First off, I was charged a $150 for two checked bags (that's almost twice what the bottom-feeder American Airlines charges). Talk about predatory. The aircraft was a crappy Boeing 757, with a seat pitch tighter than a cut-rate airline like United or Frontier. That was one uncomfortable seat, not leather, but rough cloth. Most of all irritation, no soda or snack on a four hour trip. Wow, cheapskate cut-rate airline. They used to be very comfortable and generous, but that was a decade ago. Never again, that's for sure. The crew was friendly and professional ad they did get there on-time - the only positive aspect of this experience.

The airline and crew were incredible, the premium plus option was very comfortable, and the food delicious. I would recommend flying with them!

We flew economy+ and it was a great experience. The crew was friendly and helpful, there was a great selection of inflight entertainment and food/beverages.

My flight got cancelled from JFK to Mumbai and got the refund also from agency but Kayak kept sending me reminder about flight. Need to fix your system. To me this is concerning to use Kayak or not in future seems like this is just a hosting platform and has no clue on how the third party player are managing the customer. I did call for support when my flight got cancelled they just forwarded my call to Third party and I end paying lot money for last min booking

Food options were limited and crew ran out of some options before all are served

The first segment from Atlanta to Abu Dhabi was fantastic, but we got downgraded to a different aircraft from Abu Dhabi to Delhi. We were supposed to be on a flatbed business class when we booked it but just about one week before travel, we were changed to A321 Neo, which just has old-fashioned business class seats that recline but don’t go flat. No TV either. While I fully understand that sometimes these changes have to be made for operational reasons, but I asked for some credit or compensation for that and I did not get any anywhere with that

I bought a full price ticket for business class on kayak and my seat selection was not Included, I had to pay more and WiFi for example was not Included in my seat. My travel companion who bought his ticket for the same business class price had these features included in his ticket therefore I am not happy with my purchase via kayak.

Good could be better. Crew is good but not great. Not much snack options for kids. Bathrooms were not cleaned on time

The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!

The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.

Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth

They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far

I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
