I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .
Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.
The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache
Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.
Timing and if there is map of the trip in the screen it will be better.
Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.

Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.
Typical wizzair flight, nothing special , but as there were flight in the evening we got sandwiches with 50% discount. Terminal wizzair is using is awful. Separate from normal airport, no duty free and only one cafe. Also was late for more than 2 hours but we didn’t got any food or water vouchers.
Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable
Flight was delayed by two hours and we then sat on the runway for another 40 minutes and circled Gatwick twice making it 3 hours later landing this is very poor compared to all the other operators I’ve flown with the outbound flight was an hour late
There were not enough staff and signage to direct people to Wizz Priority lanes for check-in and boarding. It didn't feel like we were Wizz Priority holders.
Had to pay £45 to check in at the airport because I didn't check-in online at least 3 hours prior... and it wasn't mentioned on the booking / App (online check-in is only marked as "included service"). Upon landing, captain failed to land the first attempt and had to take off again for an re-attempt. Overall mid experience, would definitely pay a bit more at first to avoid this again.
Two of our boarding details were missing and they wanted to charge us 84 pounds for that, although it was totally their fault
They boarded us despite knowing we wouldn’t be taking off for another hour and boarded us into a plane who’s air conditioning was not working properly. So we were sat in a hot plane for an hour with no access to the bathroom getting hotter and hotter. A little bit of communication between the teams would have avoided this.
I planned to be working during the flight but next to and in front of me there was a family (basically all around me) who had screaming kids all the way long and they were rude and the kid was kicking me as well and constantly wanted to grab my phone etc. I was so pissed, I didn't think they will travel priority so I didn't think they'll sit next to me but they did. I asked the crew if there is a chance for me to go to another seat far away from there...And they were so kind, immediately after take off they showed a seat for me that is far away from these people. I'm so grateful for this!!! I hate that I cannot figure out these things in advance. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO FAMILIES W KIDS AROUND ME!!!!
Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.
