It is located at almost the center of downtown and you can simply walk to almost anything. The standard king size room I was given was nice and clean as well. I am fine with almost everything except with how Hilton and the staff handled my situation with the room. I originally booked the King Executive Jr suite. However, when I got there, they said there was a problem with the toilet in the room that they sold it to me. As a result, I was only given the choice of a double queen room or a standard King size room. I asked about other King exec suites but they said they cannot change to others. I then asked about the big price difference between the available rooms and if I can be compensated or refunded in anyway. They said they can't refund and they simply gave me a coupon (worth 35 dollars total for 2 people) for breakfast and free parking that is worth like 20 dollars. I was then put into a stand King room. Totally a joke. Super disappointed on how they dealt with my situation.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, tidy and clean, upgraded finishes, nice place. The trains....
I got charged $19 for parking. Unaware this would be the case.
The friendly staff gave us an upgrade to a corner room and it was very spacious. The bed was wonderful and the coffee in the room was better than what they served in the restaurant!! Nice fridge and coffee pot in the room. The updates were all nice too! When I booked online, they didn't state the extra charges. Parking - $17 per night, Pet fee - $50 and the restaurant food was spendy too! If I had been aware of these fees, I would have been able to compare rates better with other hotels. Other than that, I would have given this place a 5.
The staff were great and gave me some very helpful advice. The restuarant on site was very nice and the steak they served was amazing. The TV in the room was very large. The bed wasnt very firm
Location Stinky hall,no shower curtain,TP holder improperly installed, uninformed staff
We have been coming to Eugene for the last two years because our son goes to school there. This is the first time we stayed at the Inn and loved it. We met the owner Brian in the elevator and he graciously welcomed us and made us feel at home. Everyone who worked there was truly welcoming and struck up a conversation with us. The rooms were spotless. Very highly recommended.
Staff were very accommodating. Allowed for very early check in and we used their complimentary car service multiple times. Would definitely come back. Nothing.
Loved everything about this hotel. The room was very large with a sitting area dining area and a very large bathroom with double sinks! The room also had a working fire place and a very comfortable bed! The room was exceptionally clean and we didn't want to leave. The feel of the hotel is luxurious as soon as you walk in the lobby. The outside does not do the hotel justice. Absolutely worth the value. There seemed to be a train beat by and we could hear the horn several times during the night.

The staff was great and we loved the free breakfast, fridge in the room and free private internet! The alarm clock went off and we couldn't shut it off so staff may want to check that when guests leave. It ruined my sleep. the sink was plugged up in the bathroom.

The bathroom was actually really quite nice. Parking lot is really small.
nothing motel looked great on the outside but the inside was very small and outdated. A real small area for parking cars.
Price Staff rude and unfriendly
Good location, spacious room and bathroom. Good tv and wifi. No, everything met my expectations
I liked that the property was well maintained.
The staff was amazing! It smelled musty in the room.
overpriced for eugene oregon
The price is perfect. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but this hotel far exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. I would definitely stay there again.
For an older motel, it was clean and well taken care of. The heater in my room was either on or off. The temperature control did not work. The room got very hot over night.
I booked this B&B last minute instead of a major chain. My room was small but very comfortable and the bed was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back!
I was not expecting our room to be in a basement. It was comfortable and there were windows but the bathtub would not drain properly.
Loved our stay! Doesn't feel generic like a chain hotel and they keep very very good care of it. Nice and clean and warm! Great location close to downtown but no street traffic of downtown. The best continental breakfast you'll ever get. Amber at the front desk was super! Nothing!
Beautiful historic b&b There was some plumbing issues and privacy doesn't feel as good as when you're in a hotel.
Very close to downtown restaurants and the staff are very knowledgeable. Clean, cozy and a glass of wine in the evening. What more could I ask for. I plan to return. The bed was a bit high off the ground and the step ladder only on one side of the bed. I moved the night light to the bathroom to remind myself not to fall off the bed!
Everything was thoughtfully executed, a true pleasure.. Waitresses were not to the level of the house
Quiet place close to downtown. Easy walking distance to restaurants and theater. I loved my room and wished that I could have stayed longer. Will stay again the next time I'm in Eugene.
We received an exceptional deal while searching for last minute accommodations through Priceline via Kayak. The Campbell Inn was as described as a majestic ole home on the edge of downtown Eugene. Courteous staff, great breakfast and other nice touches made a quick night's stay a more enjoyable evening than we planned! We'll come back when we're in town and will recommend it to friends.
Everything was just so and the staff were great!
The building is so quaint and beautiful. When we walked up to the door it felt so alive and homey with the lucious landscaping. The free wine on check-in was such a nice surprise, as well as the made to order sweet or savory breakfast. We were here for a family getaway, but it would be a perfect place for a romantic getaway. Definitely a must stay! The only thing we were upset about were the negative reviews regarding this place. It's not your hip downtown hotel, but a definite for the relaxation of Eugene provides.
Beautiful historic property in great locaton! Excellent service and very comfortable. Included a glass of wine at arrival to sip on whIle enjoying the lush lawn and landscaping. Also came with a full-service breakfast. Woder full value! We couldn't stay longer was the only downside!
