Pros: The hotel is very friendly!! The hotel and rooms are superbly appointed. The staff is very friendly and is always there to help. This is the best Intercontinental brand I have stayed at around the world. And I have stayed at some nice ones in other countries. Try the Cub Lounge. It is worth every penny of the extra cost. Very good way to unwind, eat, have a cocktail, without having to spend Singapore prices. The Club team is very helpful and will make your stay even more Pleasantville.
Pros: Location is great!
Breakfast buffet is fabulous!
Overall value is reasonable!
Cons: The facility seems old, but it doesn't look bad.
Pool is small, but it was ok for kids.

Pros: Comfortable room with a good bath tub for a long restful soak. Complimentary Singapore Sling on arrival. The Long Bar Steakhouse is exceptional, if a bit expensive. Bar food in the Long Bar is good as well.
Cons: The dinner buffet in the Tiffin Room is grossly overpriced.
Cons: Old style TVs, rather than flat panel. Hard to believe for a 5 star
Service and staff are fantastic.
Pros: The character and ambiance is wonderful.
Cons: Loved it all.
The all-suite Raffles Hotel is recognized as one of the Best Luxury Hotels by International Traveller at the annual Readers Choice Awards 2016. The hotel was designated as a national monument in 1987. Perhaps the single most enduring and alluring element of Raffles Hotels style is its architecture, an arrangement of low-rise verandah, enclosed colonial-style buildings, painted white with terrecotta-tiled pitched roofs set amidst courtyards and gardens. The contrast between the lush and tropical gardens and turn-of-the-century colonial architecture has rarely failed to generate an appreciative response. The second key element of Raffles style was the making of myth and legend. As many people travelled the world for pleasure, Raffles Hotel became one of the rites of passage of world travellers and see you at Raffles soon became a signature parting shot. The third element of Raffles style is a quintessentially Singapore blend of old and new - East and West - heritage and high tech. The hotel is now infused with life in a manner that honours its past and traditions as much as it suits the present. The quality of timelessness is evident throughout the hotel: in the lush gardens, generously appointed and spacious suites, the fine restaurants, the famous Long Bar, the shady verandahs, the polished timber floors and the whirring ceiling fans. The fourth and final element that composes the Raffles style is the personalized service provided by discreet and well-trained staff, adding to the unique and truly memorable Raffles Experience - where residents are pampered in an atmosphere of privacy and intimacy.

Pros: great gym, great spa, great breakfast. across the street from subway stop. Next to Little India and 3 blocks from Mustafa [look it up]. One of the loveliest modern hotels I have been in.
Cons: It is next door to a hospital, which is owned by the same guy that owns the hotel. If one has health worries, this is the hotel for you.
Pros: The room was really nice.
Cons: The staff. I was there early, 1PM, they told me they were cleaning my room, so I waited there. They should have told me just to come back later, instead of telling me that they were cleaning my room to be ready. They were kind of rude to me, too.
Pros: Free snacks and pop restocked every day was nice touch. Staff was great!
Cons: Location is not by most popular attractions, but close to MRT. This could also be considered a plus when wanting to experience local population.
Pros: Uniqure location, beautiful room
Pros: Location is very close to MRT and lot of eating options around. Complimentary mini bar replenishment. Front desk staff is good. Huge swimming pool.
Cons: Rooms are small. Bathrooms are extremely small. Water comes out of shower area due to bad design. House keeping is mediocre. All lights are connected to 3 predefined theme (can't control individual light on / off)
Pros: 5 star had everything and more.I could live here
Pros: It was clean, fresh, beds comfortable, great pool, great food, friendly staff, great location
Pros: Especially their service
Pros: The room exceeded expectations and the staff was very attentive. The location's juxtaposition to the SMRT station made for easy travel around the city.
Cons: Some of the areas around the hotel seemed a bit dodgy with idlers sitting about.
This is a fantastic hotel in a great location in Singapore. It is easily accessible from public transport, and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are really lovely.
Pros: The hotel really is a pleasure to stay in - gorgeous rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff make it a gem in Singapore.
Cons: The time to wait for check in and check out was really much too long for a 5-star hotel. This is especially the case when you've flown into the Singaporean heat and just want to get up to your room and relax.
Pros: Micro detailed/designed room makes you not want to leave the room Friendly staff Plenty of restaurants in the area
Cons: Location is not well known to Taxi drivers eventhough it is near to Mustafa at little India.
Placing you within a 15-minute drive of Chinatown Heritage Center and National Orchid Garden, One Farrer Hotel & Spa offers an airport shuttle (available on request) for SGD 150 per vehicle. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, facials, or body treatments, and Escape, one of 2 restaurants, serves international cuisine. There's an outdoor pool and a bar/lounge, and rooms at this luxurious hotel get the details right with rainfall showerheads and bathrobes.
Staff at Berscolini Restaurant
Immaculate care taking
Less Cozy in terms of warmth of human kind
Front Desk sometimes don't make you comfortable
Pros: Excellent servixe
Cons: Room is a bit dated
Pros: Quite satisfied with the services.
Cons: The location is a bit far from the shopping centre, and transport is not so convenient.
Pros: Great hotel, which is well maintained, though looks like an Hyatt hotel from the 80"s, with its open courtyard like interior. Gracious and professional staff, in a great location.
Pros: I like the location, the Manhattan bar and the quiteness of the area/room. The club area was very nice.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Cons: About the only negative is that the room was too cold. We had to turn the a/c off on occasion to keep the temp. from dropping below 25C.
Pros: Rooms are quite nice but not all have balconies to sit out in the evening. Very nice hotel reception area and lounge and some good restaurants with the Summer Palace offering very good food and selection.
Cons: The swimming pool area is on the small size for a 4 Seasons Hotel and requires a more tropical garden feel. Also, shockingly enough there is no outdoors bar area for people to have an outdoors drink at night. All hotels in the tropics should have a relaxing and good outdoor bar area for clients.
Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel is just steps from Orchard Blvd, Singapore’s premier shopping and entertainment district. Tanglin Shopping Centre, famous for its exotic artifacts and vintage fashion, is a 10-minute walk away. Universal Studios is 9 km (5.6 miles) from the hotel.
Pros: Staff welcoming & eager to please
Efficient check in
Room comfortable and clean
Wonderful pool and garden setting

Pros: Proximity to silosa beach where the annual zoukut music festival was great.
Cons: The room felt a bit old to me and a bit dark.
Pros: Location enables relaxing by the pool, have a good view of the South China Sea, and you still have easy access to the city. If you have small children there is a ton of kid activities. The service is excellent, with a wonderful breakfast buffet. We stayed here four years ago, and they have undergone a very good renovation. It was fun to just sit on the balcony of our room and take in the view.
Cons: The Sentosa activities could benefit from more all inclusive pass alternatives.

Pros: The restaurants are all top notch. Pool is lovely and large. Sport facility nicely equipted. Pool bar fantastic meeting place for business or personal. Spa treatments excellent, but facilities not up to rest of hotel standard
Cons: The green in front of the hotel belongs ot the military. They woke me up at 6:30 am doing their exercises. Very irritating. Check before booking a bay side room if there are military exercises planned

Pros: Everything. Cannot fault any part of anything.
Pros: A piscina e o sky park sem duvida são o ponto alto do hotel, no mais é um hotel de luxo como outro qualquer.
Cons: piscina muito cheia, complicado ter momento de relax..
Cons: Too many kids in the pool.
Pros: The view was a killer!
Cons: Too expensive but well worth the stay!
Pros: Pool, room and views are amazing. If you can afford it is great. Mall food court has reasonable prices with great food.
Cons: Very poor to no breakfast options except for the very expensive average breakfast buffet for $55.
Pros: Love the view from both of the rooms I stayed in. 1 on the 17th and then in the 43rd, both in tower 3. Facing the marina.
Cons: The food choices for dine-in service seemed limited and we're a bit overpriced.
Pros: Comfort & luxury are the name of the game at Marina Bay Sands
Cons: We thought the Club 55 access would be an added value however I think they oversold the access and there were long lines to get seated within the time frame they reserved for cocktails hour. It was extremely annoying.
Pros: asked for non smoking.. room smelled like ashtray
Cons: they brought up and air filter
Pros: The service was fantastic and the infinity pool is amazing. The hotel is very clean and there is a ton to do in Marina Bay.
Pros: Perfectly acceptable hotel accommodation
Cons: Second rate reservation, checkin and checkout experience. Requested room unavailable. Overcharged. No senior staff availability. Poor conflict resolution.

After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights include a spa tub and a sauna, and rooms offer minibars and room service.
Cons: Only complaint I have is that the temperature in the lobby bar is too cold to enjoy the wonderful ambiance that exists in that venue.

Cons: Too many "sorry" replies instead of solutions for numerous issues encountered during the stay.
5 star hotel brand delivering to 3- or 4- star service levels.
I rave about the Fairmont Vancouver airport; Singapore Fairmont doesn't come close to meeting the perceived brand value.
Pros: Great location, very large rooms and excellent value!!
Pros: I stayed in the north tower. The room was huge, nicely decorated, clean and a had great view. The hopper bus line had a pick up which was just steps away from the front door
Cons: Too much air freshener in the lobby, $54 buffet breakfast and not as close as suggested to the shopping on Orchard road.

Pros: Executive lounge (although it does get very busy), spacious rooms, close to MRT and shopping.
Cons: Hotel needs a facelift (currently undergoing renovation), executive lounge does become quite crowded.
Pros: Conrad truly lives up to it's name in this location. The hotel is extremely well maintained, the staff is attentive courteous and ready to help, and the amenities more than sufficient for a hotel that caters mostly to business (we were there for leisure). Rooms are spacious (for Asian standards), clean and could find nothing non-functional or a bit off. Hotel provides 2 small bottles of water daily - also available upon request - which is great for taking with you. Towels are plush and the bed linens are veeerrryyy comfortable. There is no external noise in the rooms - not that Singapore is a noisy city like NYC. Even numbered rooms have a slightly better view (of the Sands and Gardens but at an angle) but odd numbered rooms have the fountain view - not bad either.
Cannot go wrong with this hotel choice.
Cons: Nothing not to like really. Conrad Centennial is extremely well run, well maintained and the staff is stupendous.
Pros: Service is perfect

Pros: Amazing location, on a quiet street.
The room is superbly clean, and the facilities are very nice.
Pros: offers the usual comforts, with great furnishings ad great toiletries. service is welcoming, extending the usual Loved membership perks to my SLH account. could do with providing late checkout more automatically rather than upon request on the day of departure itself.
Cons: see above on the late checkout. breakfast has somewhat gone down in quality. actually my suggestion is to provide a salad/dessert buffet spread, with a fixed breakfast set, rather than to try to offer everything on buffet.
