Pros (+) The receptionist was a lovely and very pleasant blonde young lady. She helped with everything I needed.
Cons (-) Loitering is out of control. Hanging out in cars in the working lot seemingly all day.

Pros (+) We like the breakfast, and the people we're fairly nice until checkout time when a man pretends to listen to you check out while reading a paper. We also like the fact that it is across from Whole Foods.
Cons (-) Didn't like leaf blowers at 9am.
Pros (+) Very convenient to downtown, once Whole Foods opens across the street, it will be even better!!!
Pros (+) We always stay at Campus Inn when we pass thru Eugene. This was at least our 4th time. Service is good, the rooms are clean (well, this time our room had an older bath and the shower/tub showed some age), there's a Continental breakfast, restaurants within walking distance, and now we've discovered the Ruth Bascom walking/biking path just three blocks away. Pros (+) Clean, simple, quiet, good location for what we needed. Just staying the night after an event at U of O, it was perfect.
Cons (-) Hot tub was out of operation and appeared to have been that way for a while. The bath tub drain was clogged thus the water pooled up while taking a shower. Stains on carpet and chairs. Over all cheap feel to rooms.
Cons (-) We locked up our bikes. By morning someone had cut our chain and stole my husband 1,000 mountain bike. Will NEVER stay here again. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
