Cons (-) Small dated rooms. Stiff beds. Minimal breakfast items for “continental breakfast”. Stingy with towels and bedding. Rough area of town.

Pros (+) I almost always stay here. The staff is friendly and the location in perfect. The rooms are comfortable and very affordable.
Pros (+) I liked everything about our stay. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked like it's suppose to walking distance for almost everything. The staff was kind and wonderful.

Cons (-) Dirty room and felt unsafe with creepy people walking around outside. Curtains had many holes, tub was cracked, cracked ceiling, towel bar bent, no coffee maker, cruddy sheets and I've NEVER experienced toilet paper of a lesser quality in my life!

Pros (+) Clean and good smelling rooms, nice breakfast in the morning. Make sure to get to it early as it was almost gone by 9:00.
Pros (+) The location was pretty good, close to restaurants and easy access to main drags. The folks at the counter (the owners?) were nice. Fridge in room was convenient. Tv worked fine.
Cons (-) Water for the shower was either boiling or freezing (no in-between; weird). The shower stall itself was grouted with black grout (on white tiles) which made it look like mold was everywhere. The AC was VERY loud (on the other hand, it was so loud, we couldn't hear the nearby busy street -- silver lining...?). The place itself needed some renovating (everything seemed dated).
