I left my purse somewhere between the rental car return and the train so dashed back to trace my steps and met the nicest enterprise employee ever who quickly took me to the car to check, called his manager and then the manager called the train folks. Happy ending in that my purse was returned and we were able to catch our scheduled flight! It started with two very conscientious Enterprise employees. Cons:My car broke down in Wilmington, Delaware and I had to wait over an hour for a tow truck. The agent on the phone couldn't find any location for me to get a replacement. I called back and got a different agent who was able to get me a replacement at Philadelphia International Airport which required me to take a $60 uber.Reviewed 15 Feb 2021

Cons:I made a reservation for a particular model of car. Once I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. Not only I receive no compensation for this, but I had to pay more money in order to get an upgrade which I was not interested in but was the only thing available. Cons:First and foremost the location does not practice social distancing. The waiting area had the smell of cat urine. The car was given to me dirty and not properly cleaned, there were dirty marks and finger prints inside of the vehicle. The car was just dropped off and not disinfected.
