Cons: No Air Conditioner!?! At the very least, a hotel needs to have Air Conditioning. There was a fan in the room!!

Cons: There were only two, small things that I didn't like about the hotel; the lack of soap for the shower and their system of storing bags should you arrive before your room is available. Usually, hotels will provide a hard bar of soap you can take into the shower or else provide a dispenser for a body wash liquid in the shower. In this case, there was no hard soap available and the body wash liquid dispenser was outside of the shower over the sink requiring you to open the curtain and lean out. Not a big deal. Their storage of your bags if you arrive early is a little curious. The front desk will take your name and check on your room's availability. In the meantime, if you want to store your luggage, the hotel will give you a key card that allows you access to a luggage storage room. You retain this key card until you are formally checked in. Once checked in, your room key will also open the luggage storage room. Unfortunately, everyone else who arrives early also gets a key card. Thus any luggage you've placed into the storage room is now open to everyone else who also gets an access card while waiting for their room as well as those who have a room card. I would think that controlling the access to the "luggage room" to only hotel staff would make more sense from a security perspective.

Cons: Part of staying in the annex is shared bathroom facilities - the only downside. However, this is what you pay for in the cheaper lodging in the annex, so it's definitely a good value.

Cons: They put us in the Annex rather than the Hotel-- so shared bathrooms and shared shower for 20 rooms (instead of the hotel's usual private bathroom). We had booked via kayak for 'hotel' at their lowest room price ($96), but there was no mention in the booking that it was just for the Annex, so I felt downgraded without notification-- the price was a bit high for a hostel (but not totally unreasonable-- the place is very nice). The Annex is more like a Hostel and was fine for 1 night, but probably not useful for folks who want their own bathroom.

Cons: Nowhere on the website did I find pictures of the part of the hotel where I stayed. Different rooms.

Cons: Would have been good if they were able to provide small snack type meals late afternoon/evenings

Cons: A false fire alarm went off at 4:30AM the first night of my stay.

Cons: Rooms do not have air conditioner and, while the city's temperature in August was cool, keeping the windows open at night was not an option because of the street noises generated by people. The staff graciously gave us a second room, which was significantly better in terms of noise, but you still could hear people eating breakfast in the garden

Cons: The smell of house cleaning products didn't work for us. The closed windows did cut street noise very well but then there was a lack of fresh air. Bathtub (small) could use a grab bar. location is in transition. Sex shops across the street but a short walk away are great restaurants and design shopping.

Cons: The wifi signal in the bedrooms was weak. At night, the area is a bit noisy and in the middle of the red light district.

Cons: Corner of the bed sticking out where you bump your shin and trip as you pass through the room. A bit narrow between furniture and bed.

Cons: My room had beams that kept me from easily getting out of bed, and I hit my head badly on one just sitting down in the chair. My phone had been turned off by the prior occupant, and so I missed my wakeup call. The maids should have looked for that and restored service so that didn't happen.

Cons: The hallways to the rooms sort of ruin the "luxury" impression of the hotel. The thick walls of the original structure run right through them, so they're difficult to navigate and closed in. I think some people would like the mystique of it, so depends on your view of that sort of thing.

Cons: Not a lot of dining options. The brunch buffet was a bit pricey.

Cons: The rooms with windows facing the street, as opposed to water, are less nice and noisier.

Cons: The room we were in was a bit cramped, maybe 1-2 feet between the foot of the bed and the wall. Might be worth the upgrade if that’s a problem

Cons: Location is on the outskirts of the city so it's about a 15-20 minute walk into the city... We had a problem with our room keys where they didn't work and we had to get new keys at the front desk... This happened twice... and the second time was after breakfast on the day we were checking out... I had to wait about 10 minutes in a line at the front desk to get new keys...

Cons: There were some minor issues with the room - previous occupant threw stuff down the drain that clogged the sink. I feel cleaning staff should have notified maintenance since it was a significant clog but the staff were incredibly responsive when I reported it. One thing that I didn't care for was the half length glass protection in the shower. I found it took too much effort to not splash water outside the tub.

Cons: the air conditioning was not working at all, the hotel was hot and humid and to sleep you had to have the windows open but the road noise was appaling, thooughly uncomfortable night.

Cons: Shower did not drain properly, TV would not turn on so access to some services was not possible.

Cons: On the down-side- The hotel location itself is pretty isolated- if you want to eat a meal away from the hotel, you will need to take the Metro. Also, there can be a lot of tourist bus traffic- the breakfast room gets overwhelmed, as does the front desk at checkout. Unlike most US travel industry, their website does not give the lowest rates- I usually go to one of the travel websites to get a much lower rate than the hotel's direct booking website, and have found that often a rate search conducted from a Danish IP address gets a significantly lower rate than from a US IP address (and sometimes the reverse!)

Cons: Decor and expensive food. Room service, buffet and restaurant all have same sorry menu. Also, Knats in the food!

Cons: Rooms were very small and basic. Chairs in the room were not very comfortable. I would compare this room to an economy hotel. Not something I would have ever expected from an AC Marriott hotel. Basalt restaurant was extremely expensive for what I ordered. Your probably better off going to one of the other two restaurants in the building. The wait for checking in and checking out were ridiculously long for the number of people in line. They spent much to much time describing all that was available in the hotel. As a business traveler All I want you to do is check me in hand me the key and say thank you for being a loyal member. besides the fact that it's a Marriott hotel and close to the airport I don't think I would ever stay here. I think you're much better off staying in town which is what I'll do next time.

Cons: You might think it's far removed from downtown by looking at a map, but it's only a 10 minute trip downtown and a train ticket is easy to acquire. The beds were two twins pushed together, basically, which is not the most ideal setup for a couple. Also, the down comforter was SO warm that I was sweating through the sheets...which is unusual.

Cons: It's a personal thing but I would have loved a bath, no room option was available. Also my TV didn't work. What completely baffled me was the requirement to pay 150DKK to use the pools (staff reminded me that they were not in fact pools but spas). Let's be realistic though.. They were small pools! Absolutely beautiful there and peaceful but I could only justify using it once over my two week stay for work because of the price, very disappointing.

Cons: Poor service. From not helping with luggage, making excuses, promising shuttles at wrong times etc. I'd stay away from this property l. Marriott should really review the management here.

Cons: While the Metro was convenient to the hotel, the hotel wasn't that convenient to anything else but the airport. Might be great for the conference attendee, but not so much for an eager, wide-eyed, first-time visitor to Copenhagen.

Cons: Ther were random hairs in my bed. They were clearly not hair of my own...but I was far to tired to complain, so I just threw them on the floor

Cons: Even though I was prepaid they sold my room to someone else. Then I was loaded in 3 different taxis until they found one that was willing to take me to the hotel they were sending me to. The hotel they sent me to was under construction and would not honor the breakfast that was included in my booking. No Marriott's for me for a while

Cons: Location is not in the city but Metro stop is only one block away. Denmark is expensive. Hotel has several restaurants that serve great, really expensive, food. Don't be shy about using metro to access shops and restaurants. Shuttle to airport was booked by the time checked in so we took taxi to airport.

Cons: The hotel rooms were nice but they were a bit small. Our room faced a brick wall so there was no view, nada. When we got to the hotel at 4pm they told us that the room wasn't ready, which was annoying. Aside from that our experience at the hotel was pleasurable.

Cons: Constructions, small rooms and beds, expensive for what is it really, staff are not friendly.

Cons: the hotel was not in full capacity in low season. the room given to us was all the way in the back next to the dumpster with utilities view. When requested a different room with a more decent view, received the same response of having no other room in the same category and requested higher price for a different room. My reservation was not cheap, and i don't think is fair to be in an unpleasant room when the hotel has available capacity to make its guests´stay pleasant.
