Pros (+) Location, location, location! The hotel is located in the city center and within walking distance from most of the must see attractions in Copenhagen. Malte, the duty manager, was very courteous, accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The best value for a hotel with privacy for a couple. About 20 minutes by taxi to NCL terminal and 20 minutes to the airport.

Cons (-) Extremely small room. There was not even a drawer. Staff did not give me an extra pillow when I asked for one. There are several bars nearby and they are open until 5 am. Therefore it is quite noisy.
Pros (+) Everything works well in this hotel. Very small rooms but well laid out, great staff, nice lobby and amenities. Absolutely great location, near Ny Havn and Koneg's square-metro stop from airport. Considerably cheaper than other places so happy to forgo free breakfast and large room. Great value for the money
Cons (-) All was great. Long line at 11 o'clock checkout but they have express checkout or you can get extended checkout for free until noon which helps avoid the line.

Cons (-) Arrived in the morning and the type of room I booked was not available, so paid for an upgrade in that there were no available lockers to store our luggage. Would prefer to pay a fee to store luggage in a storage room.
Pros (+) This hotel was surprisingly nice. Location was great, staff was excellent, breakfast convenient and room very nice. My only complaint is the bathroom was frosted glass. You couldn't see much (could tell where the person was and if they were standing or sitting but nothing else) but you could hear everything. it wasn't too bad but just don't expect any privacy. Pros (+) No fuss no frills. My room was clean comfortable and exactky what you need fir a short stay. The room had a comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and a nice shower. If you ate looking for luxury accomodatio. Try something else.
