Pros (+) The concierges were wonderful people and breakfast was nice.
Cons (-) I arrived after 12:00 and was told that a room at my level was not available while others were allowed to go to their rooms. I asked if I could be called or texted when it was available, I was told no, I just needed to keep coming back and asking. That is not 4-star service. Pros (+) The facilities were excellent. The kids loved it. The hotel is very central great location. Staff more than happy to help with any request.
Cons (-) The only problem was that Breakfast was very expensive other wise it was brilliant.

Pros (+) Walking distance to Tivoli Gardens. Had a great time there. Rented bicycles from the hotel which was convenient. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was nice, but need to go early. If get there after 9am, then it is extremely crowded. The sushi restaurant on the 12 floor was exceptional.
Cons (-) A bit pricey for the size of the rooms. We had a room with a queen size bed and a pull-out sofa. With the pull-out sofa, there is barely enough room to walk from the door to the window.

Pros (+) Rooms were pretty nice and clean Location was not bad, just a 10 minute walk to central station
Cons (-) Housekeeping was very poor. They just make your bed and replace towels...glasses were not replaced. Trash was never emptied. Minibar items never replaced. Also frosted glass door to toilet was strange and awkward. I'm all for open modern design but not where you are sitting on toilet and you can be seen.

Cons (-) Staffs are unfriendly, no smile for anyone! Trying to up sale to guest upon arrival. I arrived early, room not available til 3p so I asked if they can store my luggage until room is ready they were obviously annoyed by such request.
