Budget not present during check-in so had to check in with AVIS. Waited 3 hours to get a car. Car was not cleaned and smelled like cigarettes. Got a Corolla and charged the same price as an SUV.Reviewed 30 Oct 2023

Car price was increased, do not respect reservation price. Car brote second day or Rental and we needed to use taxis, no Car used second day and no compensation was offered but Car was paid even when has this problem. difficult time to change car, loosing lot of time and money. when arrived airport no cars were available.Reviewed 15 Oct 2023
