The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise. Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too. We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway

"Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.

The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!
I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Newly renovated ... fantastic bathroom and shower
Room was cozy and bed was comfy. I would like to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom along with a night light also in the bathroom. Perhaps a board in the lobby of what might be going on in the city or in the vicinity. When we were there fireworks were set off at about 9pm, it was Labor Day weekend. If we knew in advance, we would have gone down to the waterfront to view them.
Clean, beautiful architecture Staff were unhelpful, argued with me about SGP and then realized they were wrong, didn't offer standard things that I get being a platinum member staying 60+ days a year there. Very unprofessional all around.
Wifi isn't free - it's $13/day, minimum.
Loved the room, the bed was amazing, and the sheets were too. The view from our room looked directly at 10 HVAC units, so there wasn't much of a view. A cover over them would've made looking beyond them easier. Each room should include parking for one car, having to pay to park on top of what you're paying for the room is absurd.
Beautiful lobby and rooms very comfortable. The Westin beds are always wonderful And the shower was amazing. Room location terrible. No view.
Everyone is so professional and eager to help. When i mentioned to Michael the bellman that it was my friends birthday that brought us in to Boston, we came back to the room to a complimentary bottle of wine and perfect desserts. That to me is outstanding attention to detail when creating an experience for your guests. the parking garage seriously needs someone to guide you through it. what a maze!

The hotel was easy to get to, and had parking on-site (not free, which is the norm in Boston from what I'm told). There was a nice restaurant on-site, and a Starbucks for breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows comfortable. You couldn't really walk anywhere from the hotel easily, and Boston is a very walkable town. There were no other options for breakfast other than Starbucks in the lobby, except room service at an outrageous price. The wi-fi was not accessible--we could have called the desk, but didn't bother. There was no information in the room with instructions. The shower was so weak it took twice as long to rinse off, unless you used the hand-held massage shower which took your skin off. Local phone calls were not free which is ridiculous. Bottled water in the room had a price tag on it. I was afraid to use the soap in the bathroom for fear it would cost extra. I do not like being "nickled and dimed." The little amenities should be free. Will look elsewhere for my next stay.
I was there 3 nights. Very noisy guests the second night - a Friday night - yelling and running up and down my hall from midnight to 2 AM. Maybe a wedding party? Didn't happen the other nights, but was not something I expected at this high-end of a hotel.
Everyone was nice and helpful and efficient! The walls are a little thin so you could hear people getting in the shower and doors closing.
They had a nice gym and pool area for working out. The staff is horribly rude and is pretty much incompetent. The first room the have me already had people staying in it. You can imagine the surprise on both our faces when I opened the door.
Everything was on point. The early check in, house keeping, room service and friendly staff made my stay awesome and I will be staying here again most definitely when visiting from L.A.

Parking. There was plenty available, however 64 dollars to park overnight is entirely too much.
Excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and convenient to my conference at the Boston Seaport. The facility is very, very clean and modern. The bar was nice with a fireplace. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. The valet parking was quite expensive. Luckily, the bellman told me the garage was around the corner, and it saved me $11/day or more.

Hotel was nicely decorated in a nautical theme......a mix of modern and whimsical tht worked well, particularly in this location. Housekeeping staff and room service.......5 stars. The only problem we encountered occurred at check in......which was close to 3:00am. After flying all day we finally arrived,in the pouring rain. the parking attendant was so engrossed in watching a movie on his phone tht another employee had to bang on the glass......then actually open the door and tap him on the shoulder to get his attention. unlike other better hotels, he did not hold the door....or help us wth luggage and packages. We were exhausted. Unfortunately, his command of the language was almost nil. I spelled my last name (happens to b a common name) but he could not understand wht I was saying. He asked me to fill out my name info......next, they did not have the type of room we were promised. Again, communication was a HUGE problem.......at 3:00am !!! my daughter kept saying ........sofa bed........and King bed. The desk clerk kept saying no......no......no. I asked for the manager. They said.......no manager.......no supervisor. Finally, after much.....way too much conversation.......they gave us the room we were promised. an hour later, another desk clerk apologized for the mix up and offered us free wifi . From there on everything was good with a very few glitches. Concierge not helpful. A few staff absolutely cannot communicate with virtually no command of the language. Bellmen were NOT helpful other than to get our car. They don't open doors.......don't help if you have packages........concierge also not real helpful. Gave us misinformation re trolley tours......not particularly friendly or helpful. Cleanliness, pleasant decor, overall good service and better prices......all good reasons to return. Housekeeping staff.......5 Stars!
I called a week in advance and spoke to Kristen about acquiring a room with a water and city view. She made it happen with no charge or hassle. Thanks Kristen for making our weekend extra special. Charge for wifi and walls a lil thin. Neighbors naughty time was quite audible.
Nicely designed lobby and rooms. Service was great. Everything in room item cost extra Cost of parking was high.
Great room for the price. Great free breakfast with good hours (served until 10:30am unlike most hotels). The windows in the suite were really very drafty.

Carlos at front desk was very responsive and great - promptly changed our room to snother floor after we alerted him to heavy smoking odors on floor that wafted into our room and permeated elevator. Carlos came up quickly, said noticed the heavy smoke as soon as he arrived in th hallway. Round suite on upper floor was very nice with french foor separating sitting area with pullout bed - plush, updated, and clean - nice toiletries. Free parking and location near colleges we were visiting was the dras for us. Breakfast had hot selections and staff kind but mediocre in flavor. Cleanliness inside did not match lack of cleanliness and debris outside or trash areas issues. Not a good area - best to jump in car and eat breakfast elsewhere.
My 16 year old daughter and boyfriend had tickets to the Celtics game and the drive home to Stamford, CT was to long that time of night so I found this room on booking.com and it suited its purpose. It is about 2.6 miles from the TD Garden but it is in somewhat of an industrial area. But if you are looking for a room to sleep in and a great Continental breakfast...it suits the purpose.

I loved the continental breakfast every morning. Good selection, good hours - great way to start the day. Not necessarily the hotel --- but Boston itself and trying to find your way around with the one way streets etc.
Confortable. Clean. Particulary convenient location for my trip. There was not water available at the room nor the breakfast area during the day.
Morning breakfast was tasteful, the staff pleasant. However the noise level surrounding this hotel was horrendous, got no sleep at all. Noise level, combination of construction nearby which continued thoroughout the night, as well as ambulance sirens intermittently. It was a one time experience which I will not repeat.
First impressions we're excellent and that didn't change throughout my trip. The room was nicer than expected and perfectly cleaned. The front desk staff were very helpful, courteous and even helped me set up my Uber app (if you don't have it, you have to get it...perfect for Boston). I book into Best Westerns a few times a year and will definitely book into the Roundhouse on my next trip to Boston. A personal note: Thank you to all the staff at the Best Western Roundhouse for making me feel at home. -Joe Not exactly centrally located, but the inexpensive transportation made it a wash.
The rooms were nice. They over booked and messed up my reservations, so I had to settle for a king bed with some gassy girls.

Enjoyed the service provided; the desk staff and the shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and advice. I had a bit of problems with the internet initially, but the desk staff was able to connect me to technical support who promptly resolved it. The complementary internet as well as breakfast was a nice touch; not used to getting this.

First of all the staff were amazing. Felt so comfortable there. complimentary breakfast, free internet, free shuttle to metro altho only a 5 min walk. Close to large shopping centre with 2 good restaurants. Again good value Excellent value for money, location not great, but worth it. The location, and we had a leak in bedroom when shower was being used overhead. Hotel being renovated so all this will be sorted.
Arriving after a long day of travel, with minimal funds and identification(due to a stolen wallet) the helpfulness of the evening staff was much appreciated. The ride to the airport the next morning did not seem as long as the night before.

The beds were amazing. They were very comfortable. The staff was also amazing. They all were very helpful. The breakfast could have more healthy options.
The rooms, bathroom, and lobby were all spotless. The front desk was always available, friendly, and helpful. On the day we departed, they held our luggage (for 11 people) while we toured the city. Andrew station is a 7 minute walk and there are plenty of street lights to make that walk safe.
The layout of the room was great and spacious. Having a full kitchen was cool, though we never used it. Having the pull out sleeper sofa was useful and comfortable. Also the tvs in the room were newer and had good picture and sound. The shower was nice and hot. There are these little square seats that have castor wheels on the bottom for easy movement, but the wheels were broken off on a couple of them. While the water was hot the water pressure was lackluster. Lastly the switches to control the lights seemed to be wired incorrectly, we plaued with the switches and they seemed to control nothing or something across the room that didn't really make sense.
Hotel and staff were great, very quick with following up the couple times we called down to the front desk. Area is quiet, very close to convention center. Room was spacious, easily accommodated the three of us. Easy walking access to wherever you could want to go.
Nice location, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Easy to get into Boston downtown. Parking situation was slightly difficult but the staff helped nicely.
Location, modernness, cleanliness, convenience all excellent. Code for doors simplifies the process. Kitchen well stocked and generally available. Bathrooms were large, clean, efficient. Enough so that access was not a problem. We'd use STRBoston again. We visited in November. Our room temperature was around 62-63 degrees -- controlled by locked thermostat in hall. Window would not lock, but fixed the next morning. Hair driers did not work -- took two days to fix -- used others on floor above.
It was clean, had the basic necessities, easy to access, good kitchen and laundry facilities, safe, convenient location close to buses and downtown, affordable price. It was across the street from a bar and at night the bar patrons were quite noisy until 2:00 am, making it difficult for me to sleep well. Also, there is no parking close by, so people with vehicles need to know that they will have to park far away and walk for about 20 min. to reach a parking garage from the hotel. There is no dining area, so patrons need to eat in their rooms.
