The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The shower was funky, the last day the water was a little bit cold. Also, when you opened the water it would come out through all the pipes, bottom pipe, shower head and fhe hand held shower head it was odd not necessarily an issue besides the cold water
Location close to our meeting in Copley Square Very dated. Old windows that don't filter street noise even on 6th floor. Worst of all is their ridiculous cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. They wouldn't waive this even though I had just reserved online 50 min before. This place is an overpriced dump!
Record player in each room. Quality nice smelling lavender shampoo/conditioners. Lovely colorful lighting. Comfy beds/sheets. Good breakfast/coffee. Beautiful view of Fenway. Friendly staff/valet. Excellent location in proximity to a ton of fun things to do in Boston. Would Stay again. I don't have any complaints.
Staff were very friendly while I was there Poor acoustics and therefore very noisy in hallways No option for heat even though the weather never got about 62 the week I I was there.
The location of the hotel. We declined room service after the first night, but nobody showed up the next day to clean the room.
Modern and comfortable with many amenities. Breakfast not offered until 7am on Saturday despite being in the Longwood medical area where hospital staff begins work at 7. Parking was $45!!!! I was given a handicap accessible room although the hotel was nearly empty! And staff was not friendly.
A group of four of us all in our mid 20's.. Went on New Year's Eve. Great room, comfy beds, location was alright... Food around was convenient tho. It is a hospital area hotel so beware you might here ambulances but it's a city, you could hear that regardless. Anyways, the staff were SO GREAT! And it was well worth the price.. Lets be real, you're not staying in a hotel like this... To just stay in the hotel. For sleeping, getting ready and with great staff... I called it a win! Location... But if it was anywhere hott it would be more expensive so... And no breakfast :(
Close to hospital Staff helped to figure out the Kayak reservation. Getting to the hotel and finding my Kayak reservation was not in their system, causing a lot of extra work to get it resolved. Delayed check in for over an hour, which was not appreciated since we had traveled many hours through bad weather to get there. PLEASE FIX THAT ISSUE!!!!!!! Room is too expensive.
