Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .
Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.
The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache
Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.
Timing and if there is map of the trip in the screen it will be better.

Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other

The flight was great. From the first to the last step, the staff was very helpful and understanding. I also always enjoy Turkish Airlines food because it’s flavorful, fresh (like salads and very delicious bread ) and has special things like olives, dates… I loved that bean salad and apricot pie. I also enjoyed the movies. Thank you!
Ordered Vegan meal - it was ok, but not exceptional. Seat ok row 39 middle section aisle. Nearly full flight - crew was busy but they did the best they could. There was a USB A port at the seat. I listened to my own music and only looked at flight information. One nice thing was the connection information was made available in the screen.
The seat 7A had no padding. I needed to sit on the provided pillow.

Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and they did not allow me to board the flight even though I had the proper boarding pass and was at the gate on time. Simply unacceptable.
I felt the AVM was bad. They could have done better and felt the route was much long theb expected otherwise it was good experience.
A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.
The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.
Boarding was chaotic. Cabin noisy. Temperature a bit cool. Bathrooms not cleaned enough.
Boarding process is one of the worst i have ever seen. Poor planning and lack of experienced staff is vert apparent. Seat changes till the last minute was an added stress to the process.
Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.
