Yes I would
Location was perfect + service was great. Room had not been updated for at least a decade. Carpets were in desperate need of replacement.
Parking could have been included.
Great location and connected to the subway. Room was cleaned everyday to perfection. Staff very friendly. The room smelled as though some one had smoked in it prior to me being in. I am allergic to smoke and had to take allergy pills. There was a fire alarm Tuesday night and as we were going down the stairwell I noticed cigarette butts. Also the WIFI was not good, very weak and therefore system was slow, hard to do work. Room looked slightly tired, chair in corner was worn and stained.
Hostess Crystal. Near all shopping amenities. Close to Don Valley Parkway. No microwave or refrigerator.
It was nice that there were 2 pools and that they were available a lot of the time with long hours of operation. We updated for a "deluxe" room but we had mold on our ceiling, and there was a chunk of wood missing from our balcony, and also the mattress was very poor quality.
Nicely decorated and above average food! Many young children running around, playing hide and seek in the hotel. Hockey teams, etc.
Location? This hotel has everything going g for it as far as location; you can walk over to the mall. Hotel structure is very old, dark, outdated. Rooms are very shabby.( and I don't mean shabby chic)
I like that it was walking distance to the grocery store and few restaurants. Parking lots were close and nice Not clean at all, I found insects on my bed also in the washroom. And the floor I was in was smelling so bad. The internet was very slow so you cannot watch 2 min video on Youtube straight, you have to face interruptions on and on till you finish your 2 min video.
Hotel was fine for the price. Would stay again.
It was clean. The staff were very helpful. There was only AC in the bedroom and none in the room that I guess served as a den area. It was extremely hot in that room. Also the Wi-Fi connectivity was terrible and we were left without towels twice.
Nothing bad to say overall ! The only questionable thing is the parking. When we Check in they only ask for my Plate number and nothing about the parking fees. When I Check out they charge me 2 days parking... Just to let u know
Staff were friendly and attentive. I had a conference right next door so the location was amazing. Hotel was run down a bit. Equipment in gym was not functioning.
It was very easy to access the roads and hwys I needed the actual area was a bit barren but comforting to be next door to police station
The breakfast buffet. You needed 3 hands to manage getting at the food. 1 hand holds tray, 2nd hand lifts cover off food, 3rd hand gets the food. Need a place to put down your tray, like at a cafeteria.
The rooms were new and clean. It was also very spacious with a kitchenette It was too far away from downtown, a lot further than stated on the website
Location is the only thing good about this hotel. Start with the moldy smell in the hallway and room. Walls in both bedrooms had holes and dirty. Windows open because of moldy smell in room. Sheets on one bed was dirty. Worse lace I've ever tried to stay at, had to leave lose 2 paid nights.
I never knew that college residences also rented out rooms to people who where not attending their college. The room was half the price of anywhere else in Toronto and included a continental breakfast. The staff was quick to point out the HUGE display of pamphlets that no only featured things to do but also included big discounts on everything from travel to food. My room came with free internet, cable t.v., kitchenette and a large bathroom. I definately will be recommending them to all my friends.
