Pros (+) I like that it was walking distance to the grocery store and few restaurants. Parking lots were close and nice
Cons (-) Not clean at all, I found insects on my bed also in the washroom. And the floor I was in was smelling so bad. The internet was very slow so you cannot watch 2 min video on Youtube straight, you have to face interruptions on and on till you finish your 2 min video.

Pros (+) Close to public transportation and local shopping. Room was large. Staff tried to be helpful but was unable due to poor training and lack of resources.
Cons (-) Room was not very clean. Amenities (TV, WiFi, toiletries, etc.) were poor quality. Non-smoking room was frequently filled with smoke smell from lower floors. Food was poor quality. Signs indicated many area were "under construction".

Cons (-) You will smell smoking everywhere in the building. You can hear people talking or having sex in rooms like they are right beside you. All night long, drug addicts were screaming, running, and knocking every single doors. Would never go back.

Cons (-) They need cleaner rooms and they need to renovate almost every part of the hote. Also the shuttle charge should be in bold writing so that you know in advance that you need to pay extra.

Pros (+) Everyone was friendly even though they were doing renovations. Would have liked to go there after the pool was finished, it seemed very nice. It was an amazing deal,I expected the hotel to be slightly bad, but it was amazing.
